McDonald's, Houston TX

I came here to order breakfast and NO ONE was assisting me even after thru saw me standing there! So, I ask is anyone working up front? The girl who is pregnant looked at me with an attitude and she didn’t even apologize for not being assisted!

I understand the pregnancy is brutal when working all day and being on your feet too is tiring but you are working so yes you too need to assist or take responsibility for your employees action when not apologizing and acknowledge when customers say, ‘ THANK YOU! ’

I would not recommend!

One of the employees walks in middle of lunch rush with a filthy, huge oversized mountain bike with big tires, walks right through the doors and into the McDonald's past a cluster of like 10 customers waiting on mobile orders, right into where cash register is, and through all the food and around into kitchen. The thing had dried blood all over it! I ride a bike everywhere, I have no prob, bring it in, but this was a huge bike and was just covered in dried ozone. AND HE WALKED WITH IT THROUFHT THE KITCHEN! I said out loud uhh, is that Kosher?

This location is clean, alot nicer and nicer staff here than the other McDonald's in the heights (studemont is the worst)

Not too bad, i was just kinda put off by how the speaker was so low that i couldn't hear anything and couldn't ask any questions.i ordered 2a and it didn't come with tomato lettuce etc.the tropical mango slushie is bomb.so refreshing! The line went by really fast during lunch hours.fries were kinda salty but still very good!

Standard mcd. We go for the $2 frappe and fries when we are running around to get a snack. Nothing else.

After observing harassment of employees at the Wilcrest location we have curtailed our purchases at mcd

Graveyard employees are absolutely awful. Rude as hell and nasty food. Lady tried to con me out of a vanilla milkshake. Avoid at all costs.

Who doesn’t love McDonald’s

Edit: they messed up my order. Made me miss dinner and wouldn’t let me get w refill on my drink, manager wouldn’t give me his name nor did he care to help me, he was super argumentative

So weird that they are only accepting cash and midnight. I went April first during midnight and they said there only accepting cash. Seems to me like there stealing form the company and there staying with the cash for themself!

I wasn't going to make a review but I felt this needed to be brought up. I ordered a homestyle meal, large with an ice water. I left with a cup full of ice. They were trying to explain to me that they would have to charge me extra for a large water? Why would I need to pay extra? I got a large meal, I will pay for the drink price I just want water. After going back and forth and also speaking to a supervisor I still feel like this needed to be said. I don't understand why I couldn't get any water. Even after I said something, me as a drive thru worker would have promptly taken the cup and just filled it with water. Instead I had to fill my water cup up at work. Got a huge cup of ice, couldn't get any water with it though. That I don't understand.

In that closet are by rest rooms there are spiders and bit someone they re a shot because it got infection on their leg they worked there and then the people working there are not good quality people the person had ho insurance and had to pay clinic and over 200 dollars for medicine from Walgreens just a bad situation

Ordered at the kiosk. The employees didn't bring the food to our table as was supposed to have happened. They forgot one of our meals & we had to track it down. Other than that, everything was ok.

I am very impressed with how fast I was able to get out of the drive-thru. I have been here twice. Both times the line was long but both times I was able to get through the line very quickly. The staff was not very friendly, but that is pretty normal for McDonald's. I did not have any problems with the order on either occasion.

I had a very great time, and enjoyed my food very much! The man working in the front was VERY helpful and made my food just how I like it. He also made everything newly and freshly as I asked. As always fast service and same good quality. Ten out of ten, I will definitely come back here.

So after waiting 30 minutes in line in the drive thru they were only taking cash and only providing breakfast at 2 Am in the morning?

If it's the one off 290 double and triple check your orded.you could be missing the meat or the eggs.food sometimes warm at best. Hopefully, it gets better.

Went twice this week to the drive thru and both times I received my order wrong, this happened in the early morning shift and I can assure you that it was the same person who took my order

Location wasn’t busy at all.

Went by for 8 double burgers. Plain and dry.

Received 8 single burgers instead.

Went back to fix issues. No apology by the team. They went and gave me 8 more burgers (I gave the other 8 back).

The new 8 burgers had all condiments.
Wasn’t gonna wait again in line for another mess up.

Save your time folks.

They love to upcharge your order. Worst McDonald’s in Houston by a longshot. Avoid at all cost. The guy that’s been taking orders lately seems to have serious difficulty performing his job. 0/10 would never recommend.

Very quick and efficient staff. Took my order, had it out to me in about 30 seconds despite drive thru being insane. I went inside. Was greeted warmly.
