20Large fry was cold. Less than half full. Used app for first time got.it for 2$. And drinks were out of C02 AND syrup was needed to be changed out. I asked for dehydrated onions (tiny chopped ones) and got slivered. I specifically ASKED to not get those. The only thing they got right was getting me the sides of Mac sauce. AFTER I checked for it at the window and saw they forgot it. Not worth the 22$ I paid. Never coming to this one. Being short handed isn't and excuse. Smh.
Pulled into Curbside to pick-up order for Door Dash. Called several times no answer. Went through Drive thru & employee proceeded to have an attitude with me for just simply asking why no one knows how to answer a phone. Completely unprofessional. Terrible service.
87% order accuracy averages at 0630 every morning. This is 37% better than the other McDonald's in a 3 mile area.
Ordered a drink with no ice and still got ice in drink.then I saw a manager or asstiant throw food in a happy meal.what is this world coming to.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AT DRIVE THRU! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ORDER IS ALL WRONG! WAITED FOR A LONG TIME TO LEAVE WITH FOOD MESSED UP AND COLD!
Can't say much for the evening rush tonight. Gave the drive thru my mobile orders (2) and they forgot to make one. My burger was not wrapped on one side and neither bag had a printed receipt with the order on it. Took about 15-20 minutes to finally get our food and drive out. Maybe next time it will improve. Plus side to all of this they replaced my melting cone after having us wait for the second order.
So McDonald's is what it is. However, the service here is great and their hot chocolate is my favorite because it isn't overly sugered.
I can't comment on the cleanliness or anything inside of the store but I can comment on the service at the drive-thru I'm not really good we are very nice they got our food out to us and a timely manner we didn't wait very long, and the food was actually good I've had an aversion to McDonald's for the past year I've only started eating it within the past month I've been out here in San Antonio and I think the quality at this McDonald's is better than other McDonald's I've been to. And the price was great. We will probably eat here a few more times before we go back to Denver.
I'm getting intolerant of how dry the English muffin is in an Egg mcmuffin. Coffee is always good. Like how crispy the hash brown always is.
Employees had poor hygiene. Did not confirm order. Just handed the food and drinks out the window like taking out the trash
Make sure to check your sauces, they seem to get confused quite occasionally. Other than that, recently their nuggets tasted like fish for some reason. Had to stop eating because I'm slightly allergic to seafood.
I go through the drive through make my order. When I get to the window I try to pay with a hundred. The good employee says she can't take it after taking to Edna. I asked to speak to her. When she comes to the window tells me the order is to small of an amount and she wasn't gonna take her. I asked for her name and she said she is not gonna take it again. When I told her that's fine I just want her name. Said hold on and closed the window. Jennie then comes to the window and says she can't take it cause they don't accept hundreds and that's from the store manager. I asked for her name and the others along with the number to call. She said I can take a picture of the number. So I waited in line to be told this and be treated rude.
Very fast service.others mcdonals u have to repeat orders like 3 to 4 times n they still get it wrong
I recommend people know when to go to this establishment because the lines can get long for the Drive thru. When visiting this establishment, I order my food from the Mc Donald's app. When i arrive, i choose to pick up from inside the establishment. I verify my order number listed on their order screen and just wait. I only wait for a minute or so to receive my food. The staff is friendly as efficient from what I notice from visiting this establishment. I'm not sure about what I can say about the drive thru operations due to the fact that I never opted for it. I know that going inside this establishment is well suited for me so I can see who is making my food that I ordered. Also, i notice the manager there does a very good job on running the place. I don't mind coming to this McDonald's at all. It's a great place for a quick bite when you go inside the establishment on my opinion.
Went drive thru, lines were long and timing was ridiculous. After waiting 6 minutes at the speaker no one answered to me, cars were honking and so i just kept going for the next car to give their order. WHAT BOUT MY ORDER! So it seems I didn't put my order for my 3 kids so i had to leave. Horrible after being in line then waiting to put my order. Total waiting time 27 min for NOTHING
They didnt give me a military discount because I ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets for a discounted price? That was very odd but whatever.
Very rude the fries are always cold and no matter the time of day its packed because of the slow service
The night crew they have definitely needs some training
So, this McDonald's in particular has mostly Mexican Mexican employees that have limited command of the English language. There is almost always a problem in getting the order correct. So if you happen to visit this location, please be aware that you may encounter a language barrier when there is a dispute about the correctness of your order.
The drive thru staff always happy and smiling. I like going up to the intercom and say Good morning because your staff works hard getting the line to run smoothly
The line was long but the service was GREAT!
