15Waited in line over 20 mins to be told the machine is being cleaned and i can't have the mocha i wanted. Plus they werent allowing patrons inside.
The drink machines in the lobby were out of sodas, but they were STILL SELLING THEM. They were also out of coffee and some other items. I'd give them no stars, if I could.
Of course the ice cream machine is freaking out again. Lobby is slow, drive thru must have all the experienced ppl running the show.
McDonald's needs to do better at training their employees. So sick of drive thru workers repeating "IS THAT IT" After every item you order. It happens at every McDonald's drive thru I go to so it's obviously a training thing. I know it's our choice to go to McDonald's but c'mon better customer service is not too much to ask for. Just STOP! With the IS THAT IT! Responses. UGH!
All I'm going to say is order from the McDonalds on 61st St. This one has many issues and they don't even have McFrappes. When a delivery for this location comes up I skip it.
I guess I've been spoiled by Chickfila's drive thru speed, efficiency and great customer service. This McDonald's is the opposite of chickfila drive thru. After sitting in the drive-thru for over 30 mins my Order wasn't correct and the fries were cold.
Opening always is late but some of the helpful folk who work there make up for the bad that takes place.
Changing my review from 1 to 5 stars. I've been doing Uber eats and this store has incredible workers, who manage to keep their cool with a crazy amount of customers
Clean restrooms. Consistent quality, good prices if you use the app. Does anyone actually need to read a review of McDonald's?
Average at best. Convenient that's all it was close and didn't have time for anything else.
My order was messed up in drive-thru. I asked for a large meal, received large fries small drink. Asked 4 a big Mac received a double cheese burger.
They should take shakes completely off the menu. Why advertise them if the shake machine is supposedly always down? Then tell me, since I paid using the app, there is absolutely no way to credit or refund me. I just donated that money to McDonald’s. Maybe they’ll use it to fix the shake machine.
First time in my life to get a cheeseburger without the meat! We ordered three cheeseburgers and all burgers were missing meat! Terrible service an experience!
Fast service but very difficult to get into and out of. Not sure what's going on with McDonald's but the fries we've had in lots of cities have been just horrible. Think I might try Wendy's new fries next.
Night crew Is rude, have a nasty attitude. Not sure who the night manager was on nov 13,2021, but I will STARVE before going back.g
