McDonald's, Amarillo TX

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and was given just the McGriddle top and bottom. No sausage no egg and no cheese. Really guys? How are you going to give out a sandwich with NOTHING in the sandwich! Just ridiculous

I ordered an online order almost 30 minutes before breakfast was over and when I arrived they said they could not complete my order because they were done doing breakfast. If you’re not prepared to honor your policy, maybe it shouldn’t be in place and if you’re willing to accept an order it should be made. Burger King wouldn’t do that

By far one of the best run McDonald's in town! Everytime we go we are warmly greeted and the food is fresh! Thank you!

Quick and easy, but they got it right tonight, and it was HOT! No thats saying something for McDonald's. Definitely will stop in again when in the area and looking for a quick meal.

My burgers were soggy and the cheese looked like it had been left out all day. The fries were soggy and old. Absolutely disgusting. It's almost like the staff got moved around cause the teckla store is way better. And it used to be the Coulter store that was the best in town, now it's the worst.

The iced coffee was correct, on point and wasn't asked to pull ahead to wait. Win win

Great store. I've only been there a handful of times but the food was always fresh, the order has always been correct and the wait time has been reasonable.

I went to order and she worker told me they no longer take orders and must use the kiosks to order. Not a big deal, but some people do not know how to do that. They delivered my food and I said " thank you" and she said nothing. The food was dry except for the french fries. I would give them the benefit of the doubt. They were very busy, and everyone has a bad day. I would try it again.

The 34th and Coulter store is so overrated.actually watched an older customer try and order away from the kiosk.the young lady behind the counter after not talking to anyone for almost 3 minutes or more was extremely rude to him. She told him she didn't have time to take his order.that he had to use the kiosk and that they were short staffed.my visual count was at least 5 employees.which is beside the point. CUSTOMER SERVICE. IS THE KEY.if I'm not worth you taking the time to acknowledge my presence in your restaurant.and I'm not important for you to serve away from your so called busy schedule then I don't mind going elsewhere to eat.their food is terrible anyway and I rather pay someone else's paycheck another time.another place.

The staff at this McDonald’s is so unprofessional and rude. An older couple walked in after us and didn’t know how to use the kiosk, the lady working yelled at them for standing at the front, and they politely stated they needed help. When they’re food came out, it wasn’t what he had wanted to order, she said, “well, this is what you ordered, so…” didn’t do one single thing to help him or make it right. On top of that, all the staff in kitchen was talking so loudly, I found out who one of them was sleeping with, and the other one was having a wig issue in the back…. You can’t make this stuff up. Smh.
If you go to McDonald’s, don’t go to this one.

Two of my friends and I stopped at this McDonald’s to get something quick and cheap. The next day was an instant regret. All three of us got food poisoning and were forced to be out of work for 3 days, due to the risk of our job. If you are craving McDonalds for whatever odd reason, I would not go to this one, unless you want to throw up for 3 days.

Ok it is grate i live in pa and i went just to se if yall where lieing and it is grate no they paid me gas money bc i did brake down but it is grate

Had a large sweet tea. I love McDonald's sweet tea. Most all McDonald's tea taste great. 98% of the time.

Makes everyone pull into a parking place then have cars stacked on top of each other and have no clue who ordered what. Not are problem if your drive thru times are low just be faster. Also the girls are rude no customer service at all two stars cause atleast my food was right after the 4 time the brought food to us
