McDonald's, Trinity TX

I came to the through today 11/27/21 around 4: 30 and the drive through worker was very unpleasant and rude over the speakers and when we paid she rolled her eyes at us. The food however was good but the customer service needs work.

Always running out of material are food sometimes a lot of things do not work cannot always get frappes because their machines broke are there out of products their prices are way way too high

It's typical mc'd food and service. Lost a star because every time I visit they have me pull forward to cheat their service times. Employees do not care about customer service. Place needs new management. Bad attitudes all around.

A good place to stop and get something to eat McDonald's always has something good is on Highway 19 right out of Trinity Texas

Awful service and rude employees. I ordered Vanilla Ice Coffee with Caramel Syrup and the lady started laughing at my order and said “who the h*ll put caramel syrup in the vanilla coffee. ” So I asked for manager and they said he’s busy and not available for your complaints. They should just close this stinky and distasteful McDonald if they don’t know how to run it

Couldn't give a ZERO but that's what I really give. NO STAR. It was horrible. The water was boil notice they said. So couldn't get our fish combo. So hubby and I got the fish sandwich only. One sandwich had 2 fish patties on it, the other had one. Go figure. So horrible tasting.nothing to wash it down with. They could have served bottled water with the combo. Very disappointed. Next time just wait til we get to DQ or anywhere else. The service was Horrible. Kids, and don't know how to talk. Mumble and act like we are the STUPID ones because we are seniors. So disrespectful. Never never go there again. We used to stop there, but NO MORE. Wanted my review, you got it!

It it was okay but they got my order wrong and the playground was full of water from the rain the dining area wasn't that clean

While I was in the restroom, the employee cleaning the men's room instructed a male customer to enter and use the women's restroom. Forced use of unisex bathrooms gets one star.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to i only ordered 4 plan cheese burger then they charged me for mccdoubles then acted like it was my fault then they never gave me a receipt pull around to the widow an they make me pull forward when no one else is was in front or behide me at the time then when they bring my food out they tell me I need my receipt to get my food as she makes me wait for another 5 mins to verify I'm not lying she has me my food an starts laughing at me rudest place I've been to in a long time

It's a McDonald's with McDonald's food. Service was terrible.

DO NOT order from the kiosk. I made that mistake and followed the process. The kiosk says to take a number and have a seat. 30 minutes later, I asked the desk what happened to the food, only to be told that they don't do that regardless of what the kiosk says.

They handed me a bag containing my cold food and told me it was my fault for using the kiosk.

Rude employees. Messed up my coffee and knew it, when I asked them to fix it one lady was extremely rude to me claiming that they were out of caramel which they could have told me before. I asked for a vanilla and they never brought it out to me. My boyfriends coffee was messed up too and we were missing his order. Trash

They were quick. The young man who took my order was very courteous. They place was clean. Tables were marked as cleaned.

There are Very few options for THAT TO MAKE SINCE

Go somewhere else for "fast" food. They mean well, but lack skill and proper management therefore, wait time is always longer than you would expect from this type of place. Training is key! Leadership is paramount!

I have been to a lot of mcDonalds and this has got to be as bad as they get. Wait was long and employees need a attitude adjustment. I guess they feel the world owes them something. Not good business for a McDonald franchise
