McDonald's, Spring TX

Not that I don't like majority of the food. I go because I work with a special needs young adult now for about three years. Double Cheeseburger plain, small frie, large coke or rootbeer. Call it the Daniel Special!

The speaker didn’t work great, but the ineffectiveness of the person on the other side is what really sealed the 1 star. My wife said “hi” and they didn’t respond. Then she said “are you ready for our order” and the employee said “sure”. Then was quiet and slow and when we got our food one of the orders was wrong.

Horrible customer service at the drive-thru. Excuse was the speakers are bad and she can't hear but yet she had a bad attitude because she couldn't hear the order. Kept having to repeat the order with her attitude. Ended up leaving.

This McDonald's decided to give us about 10 bucks less than what we ordered. It took about 30-50 min in order to get our drinks and go. And the manager was also mean to us for being stupid and you just wasted your time!

At 10: 30 p.m. I went to buy 2 spicy chicken and a large coke, it never exceeds 6 dlls I have always gone shopping here. Today they gave me terrible costumer service, giving me a wrong order, they gave me some spicy crispy sandwiches charging me 11 dlls. When I told him that they overcharged me they sent for the manager a short girl who speaks Spanish and despotically told me that everything increased and that everything is expensive, I told myself just two days ago I bought it was the same price. When I checked I realized that they were charging me for something else and not what I had ordered, I told them that I had not ordered that, and in a rude, rude and arrogant way, they came and told me that we did not know how to order. I said the order right just like i do in other McDonald's before, it is not my fault the cashier (his name is Anton) who was also the one who gave me the food, typed in the wrong thing on the cash register. The lady in charge of the shift who is the one with whom I spoke gave us such terrible service she is the most rude and despotic person. I hope the owners do or take corrective actions because this person, the manager or assistant manager, lacks a lot of training and represent McDonalds in this horrible way. It is only a taste of what the whole employee team will do since their own manager or assistant manager can't set the example of how you should properly treat customers. I ended up asking for my money back because of the worst service they gave me.

Staff seemed friendly enough. Food wasn't as fresh as I wanted. Chicken sandwiches were definitely sitting a bit.but the fries were fresh

What’s the point of having cash registers if nobody wants to work them. Waiting in line at the cash register and employee walked off. Another employee walked over and said register was closed had to use kiosk.

DO NOT COME IN CAUSE THEY WANT SEE ARE HERE YOU UNLESS YOU HOLLA FOR HELP! DINING ROOM FILITY MENS BATHROOM IS HORRIBLE! IM THE SECOND CUSTOMER THAT CAME IN AN HAD TO SCREAM AT THE CREW FOR NAPKINS AN HELP! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT COME IN!

They are so unorganized and it is very nasty in there many bugs and the employees are very rude Also they sell expired stuff I wouldn’t recommend.

It's a McDonald's you never expect the icecream machine to work but you should at least be able to get hot fries and not soggy cold salty ones

Today is May 21st, 2022. Watch out for your Kiddos Happy Mrals! They're serving up milk that's 6 days past the use by date, and apple slices 1 day past. I didn't notice it until I had drunken and eaten it.

It's a McDonald's, what else could I say? I made an order, it came out correctly & quickly. I left, went home, ate the food, then the food exited, an hour later!

I passed by around 5 in the morning I was waiting for you to take my order they never took it when I went through the window the cashier was on the phone I think they should pay more attention to customers and do their job well

People need a bear in mind there’s a massive labor shortage right now, these people are doing their best to do their jobs. Getting mad at them is not gonna help the situation. I’ve always like this location

McDonald's, 3 pm and you had both drive thru lines 10 cars deep. Food was cold and my drink was a mixture of rootbeer & Dr. Pepper. I ordered Coke.

The worst McDonald's in Houston. They never get my order right and the one time they do the food is cold and nasty. The employees are so rude.
