17I guess they weren’t feeling it today Cuz they got my order wrong and I did not want to waste time going back to correct it. I just ended up not eating anything.
Spanish lady manager had a big attitude and then started to talk and laughing amongst the employees about my problem. Definitely not the best of mcdonalds. Restrooms were closed due to cleaning and never opened back up during my stay. Just overall a bad experience! Finished my meal notice a young employee smoking by the corner of the building walked back and started his shift again! Sorry Ronald, this location is just not good
Everytime i order an medium carmel macchiato im always given a small cup that states it’s a small iced coffee (not sure if that’s how you guys serve it or not) but makes me wonder what’s the small cup serving? I come in this morning about 8: 20 and order a large iced carmel macchiato and it’s not filled up all the way and i’m told that they don’t fill the cup up to the top (when it’s always filled to the top when i order previously)
Went through the drive thru and took a long then they tell me to pull up and waited around 10 minutes all together it took 20 minutes because they forgot about us.
This is the second time that I called the phone number for complaints, haven't heard back yet and the 1st complaint was about 3 weeks ago. On the 1st occasion I was short 2 orders of fries and at least a sandwich but it could have been 3 and 2 frozen drinks were wrong. The most recent one was a good one. It was a less complicated order, only consisting of a couple of different items. 120 chicken nuggets and 6 large fries, maybe a couple of sandwiches, anyway I got home short 60! Yes 60! Chicken nuggets, half of what I ordered, and maybe some fries. I go there alot, why? Maybe because it's the closest one. So as you might assume, I've been disappointed several times. I'll keep you posted with any updates.
Only accepting cash! What a cop-out to not do business. 2 nights in a row! Will NEVER return to this location! Taco Bell is way more accommodating!
Worst customer service! Nobody is at the front to help you. All they care about is their drive-thru. Even though you ordered for dine-in, they give you the food in a bag with only two napkins, and still, you have to get up and ask for ketchup or any condiments you might need and wait another 10 minutes until someone acknowledges you!
I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single patty and the bun and the patty looked smaller in diameter and thinner. Also I didn't get any onions. Tasted terrible.
Worst McDonald's in Irving. I order on the app from time to time and its always something with these people. I'm either missing food, they can't find my order with the code or I get the wrong order. They can't even apologize for any inconvenience and you they don't pick up the phone so you can't get in contact with them if you're order is wrong.
I work nights and this is the Mcdonald’s I go to when the one on belt line doesn’t feel like doing their job. They won’t close their lanes on you and they’ll answer the intercom asap. The guy was pretty cool too and had a good attitude didn’t get his name though. I don’t know how they are on other shifts but between 12-4 these guys are solid.
It says they're open 24/7, but at 3am the drive thru was blocked.even though there were still workers inside and all the lights were on.
Waited in the line for more than 10 minutes only for them to tell me they are only taking cash. Next time they should put a sign out or have an employee stand outside to let those in line know.
Very good, everyone is very friendly. I love going there. I spend quiet moments talking with my sister and meeting people.
My husband and I came through drive thru around 3 am…. We were immediately told by an employee that for whatever reason they can only except mobile orders or Uber or DoorDash GrubHub. This was the second time in a row so my husband wanted to speak to a manager and express his frustration. The manager was extremely apologetic and went out of her way to get us our food, which she did not have to do it, and was very much appreciated.we were speaking to the manager, and I noticed an employee constantly popping his head out the window looking at us. I guess he was wondering what was going on or what was the hold up. When we got to the second window, we were immediately asked “is there a problem? “ And my husband politely explained what was going on. At first the employee not only mocked my husband by dismissing his concern he said “you want to know it’s frustrating I work the system! ” First of all, what a rude comment to meet to a customer, second of all in my 20+ years of working in restaurants in customer service if I treated customers the same way this this employee did I would be out of my job quicker than you can say Bob’s your uncle. The female employee that told us about their system issue also was rude and annoyed when we asked to speak to a manager. It shouldn’t matter why Customer wants to speak to a manager, it’s their right as a customer. In our years of coming here this was the worst experience ever. If you want to be treated poorly, come to the drive-through in the middle of the night. I get this is McDonald’s and you get what you paid for it, but come on get it together. Unacceptable!
My daughter and I stopped here waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the register. No one came so I finally saw the self service machine. My baby girl is blind so I had to order for her. Fast forward we waiting for our food Hispanic folk walk up to the register and got help immediately. If you don't speak Spanish you won't get help here.
I ordered a breakfast meal with a coffee on 2/28/23 from drive-thru. At window (whoever) the staff gave me the food, dropped and spilled the hot coffee on my hand and my car window! She was kind of reaction-less and not saying any word or apologies! It was shocking. I quickly tried to wipe my hand and car window-door where the coffee spilled over. I was in pain whole day with the burning sensation on my skin. I could definitely go for a legal action for what they have done and for unprofessionalism. I urge to avoid this store until they well train their staff which I doubt. I have been using this store for a while and not seen any improvement- which is frustrating! The worst service I’ve ever had. They took my order, waited 20 minutes, and when I got to the window to get my food they had given my food to the person in front of me so I had to wait another 20 for my food. Never again
