McDonald's, Katy TX

The food is ok, but definitely overpriced. The service is very slow as always and the people are not the nicest to their customers.

I went to buy chicken nuggets for my kids and they asked me which dipping sauce I wanted for my 2 meals of chicken nuggets I said Ranch and I checked the bag and they didn’t give any of what I asked, so I asked “Can I please have 2 ranches for my meal? ” and they said no. Worst McDonald’s ever

I just left the drive thru, I specifically asked for my food (10 piece nugget meal) to be made to order. The team member said yes, then I pull up to spot 1, and I wait for reheated food. I asked for my food to be made to order and received old food.

I like McD and generally consider it a great value. This particular location is unethical and borders on stealing because missing items happen way to often to be background and they are stingy with condiments. The borderline theft is where they don't fulfill orders, ie today Big breakfast has no syrup, for the meal drinks not given, missing a hash brown. I've lived near this location for years and it is consistently happening as the staff cycle. So I assume it is theft by policy from above to help the bottom line. I'd like to report to corporate that it appears greed exceeds the brand ethos.

The breakfast is always top notch here! Fresh and hot! And the crew is always so nice. Definitely many steps up from other locations. And today they had a new egg style and LOVE IT! EDIT: Apparently the new egg style was temporary as they are back to the same sponge like egg. LOL But my review still stands for the rest of it!

This store is what mc donald's is becoming.unresponsive and unwilling to compromise.the app has a "deal" but charges me full price when i questioned the counter attendant i was told "i don't know man - nothing i can do "
when clearly it's simple. MANAGER we need a discount here

Ordered a bunch of items and was given one sauce, I asked the extra fat lady Mexican manager to give me an extra sauce and got the worst attitude right away, said I couldn’t get anymore bc I only had 1 order of nuggets, but I had like 5 burgers. Her excuse was that sauces are counted daily and only correspond to nuggets so she wasn’t allowed to give me an extra sauce for my burgers. What kind of stupid excuse is that, that is definitely not in the rule book. Not even family owned restaurants track their silly little sauce packets like that. Shoutout to the manager for protecting and tracking the sauces with her life for Ronald McDonald he must be really proud! Only if she used that dedication and anger elsewhere.

Ordered two big Macs to go, when I got home I realized they decided to just not give any patties. They clearly knew what they were doing since they conveniently didn't give me my receipt either. Won't be going back

As i stared at a milkshake with the consistency of just milk, the manager tells me "that is how our milkshakes are made here". Really? Check the manual.

I pre-ordered curbside at the McDonalds at 405 S Fry in Katy. I waited in the assigned spot for 10 minutes and nobody showed up. I finally went in. There was a long line to order. When I finally got their attention they gave me my order without the fries and without the drink. This was horrible service but to be honest I often drive away without a key component of my order. It’s a terrible restaurant. People generally accept the poor service and say what do you expect? It’s McDonalds. I’m tired of doing that.

Its mcdonalds, but this locations drive thru blocks exits back to the shopping area. The drive through is always backed up.

Wrong order…again ordered two double cheeseburgers for the kids and got spicy mcchickens…. Cannot return because kids are with me and it’s rush hour…. Waste of time and money.

Def NOT a regular to McDonalds. Just wanted my kids to taste a Big Mac. Overall, we moved through the line quickly. Kids enjoyed the burgers. This location seems very efficient.

I Ordered a 10 peice and a happy meal it took 25 minutes for it to be given to me but I still got 2 cones for free for my sister's

Last time I came here, the drive thru line was atrocious. So I went inside to get my family's food to go. Order from a giant tablet, dumb. Then it takes 25 minutes to get the food. 3 out of 4 meals were made WRONG.

This McDonald's does get pretty busy so waiting in line for your food will take a while. The customer service is decent and going on the inside to get your food the place is pretty clean. McDonald's food is pretty much the same at whatever McDonald's you go to so for me a really just all boiled down to customer service and the people working at this location do a really good job. But they are stingy on the napkins and ketchup. Asking for extra ketchup you get two packs. And when you ask for napkins after you have asked for extra you have to let them know if you could get a little bit more napkins.
