I ordered the new cheesy bacon quarter pounder burger combo and it was not as advertised. I wish I could post pictures. I called back to the restaurant because I don’t live near there to let them know about my order, a rude lady said just bring the food back if you don’t want it. I was in the process of telling her I didn’t live near there but she rudely hung up the phone. Needless to say I didn’t want free food nor will I be going there anymore

I was in this macdonald and the manager was very rude to me and more so to the staff I personally do not recommend it to anyone

In this store, the Managers mistreat the employees and are very rude. They should report them.

Extremely rude! I received wrong order, the manager wouldn't fix and replace my order. Bad service and horrible manager!

Just when I thought this location couldn't get much worse, my wife brings home a Big Mac with both patties on the bottom and just double bread on the top. Terrible management at this one.

Late night visit. The drive-through had 3 cars in front of me. Service was not too bad. I waited 3 minutes to get my fish sandwich.

Horrible place, I went to get a Large caramel macchiato, but after I paid they said the machine was getting cleaned. I asked for an iced coffee, but I was given a medium, the person was extremely rude shutting the window in my face before I could say they gave me the wrong size.

Atmosphere reminded me of a cafeteria or detention center. Just not an inviting place to stay in. Food was great and on time.

This place is just okay.
The drive through is super slow regardless of what hour of the day you go. It is slow extremely slow.

I am happy to come here when I visit this area. Delicious french fries, burgers are made by professionals, waiting time 2-3 minutes, very nice atmosphere and smiling employees, make this place one of the best in Katy, IMHO.

They service good food and they serve it fast and very clean place tho some times they mess up your order so make sure to check before you leave but over all a nice location

I just went for breakfast when I was ordering food thru drive thru the guy was getting what I was ordering wrong and I let him know and then he proceeded to put my order wrong again and I let him know and he proceeded to say “whatever” on the mic. It’s not the first time he has given and attitude

They served me even though they just closed the dining room. I love their fish filet sandwich.

This place is SUPER SLOW and not VERY ACCURATE on orders. The wait time for orders is ridiculous. Management is very rude and always tries to justify their bad service. Do Not Recommend!

First of all it's McDonalds. Food is sometimes nasty old greasy metallic after taste. I don't know why I go. Mainly for the that craving teens have. Weird. Anyways nuggets taste like cardboard to me. Anyone have that issue? Coffee is great though. Decaf or regular coffee I love.

The food was cold, the coffee was old, it tasted bad, they didn't put the amount of creams that I asked for, they didn't put the sauces.
