McDonald's, Athens TX

Great service, kind staff, and good time for drive thru, although my only complaint is the fact that my fries were cold upon receiving my food

I went through the drive-thru
tonight in the 1st lane to get 1 #10 chicken nugget meal, 2 shakes, and 2 frozen drinks. The frozen drinks were half melted, the fries were cold, and they don't know the difference in honey and honey Mustard, when you ask for plain honey. They also were back up to the street for about 30 minutes and when they did start moving it was only the 1st lane and I noticed and finally when I got to the 1st window I mentioned to the cashier that the only reason the 2nd lane had moved was because a blue vehicle had just taken off and there was a white pickup now back there, that had been sitting there forever and she said this is only my 4th day here, I can't do both lanes and they should know that. I said then they need to put a note up and she said they didn't have time for that and she said have a nice night. They lost alot of customers after that, I noticed that were lined up, before that. They should have a Manger training her, someone who knows what they are doing and not just people who don't.

McDonald's is generally good, the only thing that isn't something I like is how sometimes the employees can come off just a little rude and I can't blame the working fast food is stressful

Its like any other McDonald's. 50/ 50 chance of getting your order right at best. My fries were cold and got no sauce for nuggets even though we asked for it and reminded them at pickup.

If you wear a uniform, avoid this dreadful place. Going through the drive-through area will take ages because they will purposefully skip you.
I had a 10 minute wait at the speaker, watching vehicle after vehicle in the other lane get service. I waited just for the sake of seeing how long they would try to ignore me. Don’t waste your time at this place. Go to Burger King instead or something. It’s maybe a dollar more expensive, but they wont treat you like trash.

Quality of food and service are completely absent! Will never eat there again! Family of 9.think of the money you will NEVER SEE AGAIN!

Although very busy food was still fresh and hot everybody was friendly the only thing I didn't like was they were completely out of tea but the tea that they did have was from 12 p.m. It was after 6 p.m.

The food is the same at pretty much all McDonald's restaurants. That is kind of the point, right? So, my rating is based on the fast AND friendly service that this one provides.

The drive thru line took so long, I thought I was going change my order because they would have stopped serving breakfast by the time I got to pay for my order.

Lines are long sometimes. But food always the same. So hope the Covid related problems hurry and go away. We Love our hospitality industry and can't wait for them to get back to showing hospitality. Pay the workers a decent wage and let's get on with it.

Never have had any problems until today Waiting in line to pay, the girl was to busy texting on her phone that she had finish her text before she took my money. So because of that she didn't get the rest of my drink order.

A lot of McDonald’s and I’ve never seen one that served the egg raw on the egg McMuffin. The orange juice tasted water down and the hash brown were putting grease stains all over the bag. They need a Mgr. It’s amazing McDonald’s let them run a store life that.

Always a waiting line in drive through slow moving and Nothing like getting home to find out what you ordered isn't in the bag.

Went threw drive on today june 27th Hannah was cashier she is very very rude n has very poor customer service fries was cold n old. The young man that was supposly manager needs better training on helping customers

Drive thru was 2 lanes that moved reasonably well. Food was good and price was OK also.it is exactly as expected from McDonalds

Sat in line for over 30 minutes for two teas, a coffee, two sausage biscuits. Only two cars in front of us. They kept handing the wrong food to the cars and we watched them through the window just shuffle different food items from bag to bag with hands all over. Totally unsanitary. I don't want what was supposed to be someone else's hash brown who just handed you back there bag. Disgusting

I came down to do some Door Dashing in Athens cause of a big promo; well, the management team here was so helpful! You can tell they care about their customers and city. As each order came, they made sure to check with us on any extra condiments and so much more. I can't wait to come back with my own family and truth; I don't personally eat McDonald's you guys. This location is awesome
