Poor customer service waited for over 10 min for a door dash that was ready. And sitting on counter

The last two Mc Donald's I've been in have been dirty tables an where you get your drinks.

Drive thru takes forever so if you’re in line waiting to order breakfast at 10 you’ll get to the speaker at 10: 30 and get told they aren’t serving breakfast anymore even though they have pancakes still ‍️

Come here about every other morning for breakfast because it's closest. Wait about twenty-thirty minutes for breakfast every time. The employees are usually arguing which I assume is what takes so long.

Don't Get me wrong. I Love McDonald's. But it's starting to go down. My last visit was in the Morning and wanted the Big Breakfast. But they couldn't make any pancakes. One thing They made me realize was no matter how long the line is behind me. Is that I'm Going to check to make sure I got everything I ordered. Because I got home one time & come to find a few things missing or wrong with my order. Went back and the lady told me was we can't do nothing about that. Because it's been a few minutes since I ordered.

They not put sauce or lettuce on my bigmac sandwich? This’s a hamburger plain not a bigmac

I’ve been waiting over an hour for a curbside order. Ridiculous. There is some staffing issues at this location. I don’t recommend.

My fries were cold and I ask for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea had to get out of my car in go in to get my drinks correct it.

They have you waiting for a long time for you to order so don't come to this mcdonald's

This McDonald's was horrible in all aspects, no one was there to take my order, I was sitting in lane for 15 mins. For fries and nuggets, and they barely had anything to sale. The people there was rude and I will no longer go there. They wasted my time and money and I give them zero stars.

Best McDonald's experience I've had in a while. Friendly workers and the food came out fast and was tasty. Would definitely recommend!

Well. We got take out at about 5. Its 12 a.m. Now and the food is just hanging
out keeping us awake. One of us has diareah and one of us is barfing up in the back of our mouth with acid reflux from the old grease. Most of our french fries were not even edible and had to be tossed. To say they had set awhile is an understatement. We could not even chew them. Not worth the 30 minute wait for pick up that's for sure.

It may be in a rough area of waco but don't be fooled lol they are not stingy with the food! And icecream machine works so that's a plus

Am here for like one hour to buy some breakfast and the line still not move not even one car! This’s unaceptable how this mcdonalds go And no body supervise this place

Food is always fresh and staff is friendly.

Edit 8/25/22: If you're in a hurry in the afternoon DO NOT go through the drive thru here. I'm guessing they are short staffed so if you choose to, you're going to be waiting 30 minutes to an hour for your food. It will be good, but you'll be to exhausted to eat it.

Food was hot. It took a while for them to take order in lobby. 10 minutes. But the store was clean and employees weren’t groggy or rude. But the wait was horrible.
