McDonald's, Waco TX

I used the drive through at the local McDonald's. I ordered right away; paid for and I was served. No problem. Fast and easy and my order was correct.

Normally when you order a quarter pounder it has 2 Pattie’s but mine had 1 and I ordered a coke and got a dr. Pepper. I am so upset because I feel like every time I go to the China Spring location they mess up my order

McDonald's is what you expect as far as quality of food. However this location suffers terribly from horrible customer service. I took my son here and we waited 30 minutes to get our food inside. The whole time while waiting for our food they never gave us our drink cups. When they finally called our order number out they handed us our food missing sauces for the nuggets and still walked off without handing us our cups. I had to stop them to get our cups. Mind you this was after I waited at the counter for the entire 30 minutes hoping one of the 5 folks working in the front area would ask if I needed anything. I know McDonald's has franchise owners but the quality control at this location leaves a bad name for all McDonald's.

I used the app but had to waiting in a long drive through. Could not get the app to work to be in curbside. Fries were soggy.

Waited in the drive-through for 23 minutes, (yes. I timed it since the line just stopped twice).
Finally, get my food. Coke is so watered down it is mostly water, ice melted.burger was okay, fries were cold, chewy, and soggy.

I have been enjoying the new look and updated bathrooms. Service can sometimes overwhelming. But overall employees are trying their best to get the orders out. Must improvement.

Our McDonald's is in need of some serious help! I hate writing bad, but this used to be the place to come. Now, you're lucky if your order is right, fresh and do not expect fast! I order the same thing and it NEVER comes the same way! Different every time!
Drive through is the way to go. Still slow, but you'll wait 30 plus minutes if you go in or hit the curbside.
I went through the drive through for an ice cream and got moved to curbside for 20 minutes before they brought it out. Then today, they have no drinks, non at all, but wanted to know why I didn't want the meal? No sodas, no orange juice nothing.you tell me why I wouldn't want to buy the meal deal without a drink.
McDonald's needs to do some cleaning and come show this location some love! It's a great location with some great people. There are some older managers there that just aren't great and you can tell this is overwhelming for them. Too much, too fast and all the time. There's is a new younger manager lady that I guess used to be here before. She is awesome. I believe her name start with a K, but I don't want to get it wrong lol. She was doing interviews when we walked in to get food. She's awesome!

French fries were burned. Only McDonald's, I got a quarter pounder with cheese that had mustard instead of ketchup and mayo.

Sandwich was over cooked and hard like it had been made an our before and sat in heat cabinet. Out of almost all menu items but customer service was nice and friendly.

This was the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been In none of the tables were whipped off. An the area to get drinks was nasty trash an drinks splashed. An no trash cans to throw away trash.

Sit and wait as people in the drive thru continuously get served and then ignored in curbside. To boot, can’t even get the order right. This is probably the worst McDs in Waco.

First time I've ever been to a McDonald's and the food actually look like the picture! Like wow thanks China Spring McDonald's! Always good service here as well.

Very poor example of a McDonald’s. Visit 1x every 1-2 weeks. Drive through line frequently takes longer than other McDonald’s (up to 30 minutes). Order accuracy is about 50%. Appear to be chronically understaffed & high turnover. All examples provided over the last yr.

Now that 2 lunch combos cost almost $20, it would be nice not to have a completely burnt burger and have to listen to a manager yelling at the staff.

Food Burnt. Long wait and it was horrible every burger looked this way or worst. This burger was opened because the taste was off, once I saw this I was throughly disgusted. The fries were over salted. And looked to be twice cooked. I know that McDonald's is not a 5 star restaurant so I never have that expectation but this is ridiculous. Has to be one of the worst serve and food. Never again

Went into the restaurant to order instead of the drive thru. There was one other person in front of me ordering. When she completed her order the lady walked off and proceeded to wait for the food to come up to fill that order. I waited for over 10 minutes and was completely ignored. Not even an "I'll be with you in a moment". Zero customer service skills. I will not spend my hard earned money to be ignored
