McDonald's, El Paso TX

Went thru drive thru; I tried using a coupon on the app and was told I had to pay with the card linked to my bank and I told her NO, because I know I was low on funds. I had cash to pay and she refused to do anything. So I left. Now the next day I check my bank account and I have a pending charge I can't dispute yet because it's pending. ALL When I did NOT give my consent.
This McDonald's has the worst customer service. I've had plenty times they mess up my food and give me attitude. But mess with my bank and that's the final straw.

Yup it went thru. I was charged for a product I never received. Worst mcdonalds.

I asked for 4 honey mustard & 3 barbecue sauces, they weren't in the bag, I had to go inside to get them, I was ignored for 2 minutes. Fries were cold, like always. I always say I won't go back, but I do hoping for a good experience for once. It ain't happening so I won't be going back.

This McDonalds has terrible service! The manager was rude and sarcastic. He did not speak or understand English and has a very heavy accent. All I wanted was some Large Fries, and use a coupon for another free Large Fries. He didn’t want to honor the coupon and argued with me. Never going to this McDonalds again and I don’t recommend it to anyone!

This is the world’s slowest McDonalds. If you want McDonald’s that bad, you’d actually save time by driving to another location.

Every single time I get a burger they give us chicken sandwiches instead. Oh and fries are stale as hell. Does anyone in this city besides whataburger know what a BURGER is?

The food is decent, but they dont give you the sauce you asked for. They dont even give you one they just dont give it to yuo at all.

I like but I have a complaint. I do not like the payment method, I suffer from my eyes and those machines hurt my eyes. I like it better to have a cashier taking my orders and paying them.

Had bad customers service at McDonald's this morning.ordered four egg and sauage biscuits and they only provided two. Ask to speak to the manager he said I am the manager and just keep looking at us. He wouldn't move. He could not speak English and he wouldn't gave us our order.his name is Hector looks like a really dumb guy. He told us to go around and reorder. We asked for condiments and he wouldn't provide them. DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S.

Staff are not willing to take your order, they force you to use the self serve machine even if paying with cash, one of the employees was rude, and the manager started to argue with me rather than just take my order at the counter. This applies to the morning shift on Friday Oct. 1st 2021.

Great food. Little slow on the service side. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and decided to go inside it was so slow. Much faster going in.

Only good location left in El Paso. Best for breakfast compared to other locations. I drive out of my way on weekends to go to this specific McDonald's!

The quality in Mc Donald's is not the same anymore! The bread they use? Does it go down by itself? You can't hold it because it can start to fall apart, not like The bread they use for chicken sandwiches is much better quality, and the vegetables they use are either old rusty or badly cut. And yo not mention the new price and everything

Pretty much what you always get at McDonald's- average food at a fair price. What I don't get is why they shut down breakfast at 10: 30 am. Who the heck eats lunch at 10: 30 am?

Manager very rude unhelpful pancakes very soggy couldn't eat I know they are not gourmet but usually good to go not today or atleast at this location manager needs to be re-educated on customer service and taught because with out customers she doesn't have a job.so disappointing

They always mess up the order. They gave me plain oatmeal when it comes with fruit and everything is just thrown in the bag.
