18The drive thru was very busy. Eat inside. The fish was the same. Not sure why they don't upgrade it, by adding lettuce and tomatoes, probably would taste better. There was a man inside going through some mental stuff. Talking to himself, out loud with profanity. No one said anything. I had to wipe my table off (no problem) the person who did come by to clean did a 1/2 A.cleaning. Besides all that, the place doesn't even smell like food, more of a rancid grease. Will not come back.
One of the worst McDonald's in town. Consistently messing up orders and staff could not care less.
It was dirty, the orders took way too long, and my burger was the saltiest burger I’ve ever had. My kids still had fun on the play place definitely go to the one on Transmountain, never had an issue there.
Struck out twice at this store. It’s no surprise the same morning female manager was present. This store’s quality of food and service has become dismal at best. Apparently making a sausage egg and cheese muffin is rocket science. One time only the muffin and cheese, today’s was missing the egg. I get people do order them like I got them these past two time but I did order them as such. The manager has no people skills in making the customer whole beyond just “oh, here you go. ” Drive-backs cost time. Hope she gets better, so it trickles down to the staff under her.
Most of the time dirty and it's hard to get the attention of the staff. I am found of their green chili burger.

I bought mc griddle and they gave me a biscuit I was so disappointed because they wrap it on mc griddle wrapper so I thought it was but no is was biscuit no happy at all!
Slooooooow service. (We waited 22min) Play place is DISGUSTING. Trash everywhere. No clean tables.
We waited 25+ minutes for our order. Whatever you do don't pull up to wait for your order. The person that was taking out the orders had no clue which order belongs to what car he tried to give me the wrong order.it was until I got back in line that I got my order waited 4+ minutes. To top things off no sauce the fries the manager said we were waiting on were skimpy. Poor service.
The attention is good -and- the modern place-you feel that you are welcome and they help you if you don't know English -
Bad place for fresh food, ate a Big Mac from here and got sick 20 minutes later, fries were overcooked liked they been under a heatlamp for too long. Never coming back to eat here. Better off cooking your own burger.
Everything came out fine i just hate when you ask for extra mayo or Mac sauce they have to go overboard with it
The worst service today 6/25/2023. Their systems are down and they can not honor their current promotions. On top of that was the worst customer service (Joseph) we have experienced at this location. We will not be coming to this McDonald's again. You have lost a local customer.
I wish i could give 0 stars. The location 9461 dyer across from Starbucks sucks. The place is always dirty the floors, restrooms and table. My son and i got sick from eating the nuggets here. They always get the wrong orders have a huge line of people complaining about wrong orders. If you want to get sick definitely go here.
The lunch rush seems like it would be a nightmare to eat there, but they handle it well. Food was awesome as always
Went for breakfest this morning order was right and we had fast service will be coming back.
Had gone today and order my food at 5: 26pm I only had 4 items that I needed. I waited for 30 minutes until I had to go in the building sense I order through mobile app and suppose to be delivered to me by curbside number 5. When I enter the building no one even acknowledges me or even helps me until I had had to raise my voice to get a manager attention. Finally a woman helps me and says what did you order I told her I order through the app but still she seem confuse until I showed her my mobile order than I ask her can I speak to a manager will I saw the manager but she went to the woman I had just finish talking too and tells her in Spanish let them yell if they want she stated and walks away than again I was ignored after I ask to speak to the manager so I raised my voice again and the manager comes to me and tells me to let her talk and tells me I did not say let them yell, this manager made me feel if I was the dumb one when i am a Mexican man and knows Spanish and knows exactly what she said, than she just cuts me off and tells me what do you want. I felt very upset on how she handle the situation especially if she’s a manager. I hope this gets resolved not pleased at this area sense I come hear a lot.
