The lady doing drive thru at night has no customer service skills. I keep the bar low for fast food, but this experience skittered under it. She wouldn't answer my questions and kept yelling into the intercom whether I wanted a medium or large when I asked for 20 nuggets. I asked how many nuggets each comes with and she said large had a drink and fries. (Wouldn't that be a meal?) I told her medium though, confused, and she added fries for some reason. I was too tired to fuss over it, but I was trying to order 20 nuggets. When I saw she only gave 10, I corrected it and she started on about the medium or large question. I told her medium to get through it and asked if I could please get the fries extra crispy. She didn't answer, just interrupted to ask if there was anything else. They seemed shorthanded because the food took a long time and then when I got it the fries I didn't ask for were not salted and were cold. Two stars for consistent nuggets though.

Quick service, but occasionally have to make sure order correct when going through drive through.

The place in Waxahachie is rude to there staff. So much that one of the best workers Brooke Martinez quit. She was working all hrs.and doing other people's job just to keep her boss happy

The staff is EXTREMELY rude. We went for a pick up order and the women gave us the wrong bag 2 times and the 3rd time we told her that was not our order she did everything with bad attitude.

They have closed the dine in from a

But it’s a great place for drive thru and curb side delivery.
All items in the menu are usually fresh.

Bad experience employees shortage only one person on driving through and was very tired, the fries was bad and no salt it was worthless

I just had the WORST experience with the staff in this place. They were rude to the bone. I know they don’t get paid enough to be nice, but being nice to their customers should be a must.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one was a chicken biscuit and other was egg and cheese biscuit (they usually charge for a whole sausage egg and cheese or bacon egg and cheese). After waiting at the drive thru, the employee confirmed my sandwiches and said egg and cheese with out bacon. After I came to work, I had gotten a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle. Ugh. So angry because I cannot have sausage and I can't even go back.

We arrived in town at 9pm and headed to grab something to eat at this location since it was the closest to our hotel. We didn't know that a soccer game was just ending and there would be alot of people here so we anticipated that we would have to wait a while. We have a big family so we ordered 11 meals and The drive through employee got all of our order right the first time! This is not even usual where I live and only order 3 meals. I am very impressed with the accuracy and quick service!

Pro tip: for breakfast rush, the drive-in is too slow and busy, go inside and order from the digital menu and your order will be done much faster.

Nice clean McD, but at breakfast they are understaff. The government unemployment check is too generous?

This place is on top of everything even being understaffed. I go here about once a week and never gotten a wrong order. The drive true is busy.

Employees were the rudest I have ever encountered at McDonald's. I'm in shock these kids have no manners at all, none whatsoever.

The worst McDonald’s in all of America. I suggest they either fire everyone and rehire actual trained employees or shut the entire place down. Not like they care. Either way, I’m being serious. Save yourself the trip.

I just had to go in and shake the chefs hand after eating my nicely prepared sausage egg McMuffins. And the world famous hash browns will knock your socks off. Chilled Coke served in that cup heavenly

Maya was extremely friendly and courteous. They accidentally gave us bbq sauce instead of syrup for the pancakes! Didn't find out until we were on th e road.

Please don't waste our time if you're not going to accommodate our request. If you don't want to do them, that's fine but I'm running on time and I legit wasted 10 minutes longer to get exactly what I didn't ask for.

Sticker outside says come on in but this restaurant is not open for dine in. Good service at the drive-thru. Fries a bit cold.
