McDonald's, Kilgore TX

Literally sitting here 23 minutes after ordering 2 fried pies and still waiting all employees are standing around talking so I go to counter to ask how much longer and they just put pies in this is ridiculous definitely not good service at all

The first burger was good but I don’t know what they used on the second one, but the lettuce was really old and really gross.

The people who work here are rude. I ordered online and they said I couldn't park in the mobile parking for mobile orders.

This is the fastest pace McDonald's I've ever been too. I love them and their faces of the company. Awesome people and management.

Was told to pull up to wait another 15min before I had to go in and get my food which was setting on the counter and drinks were still not made. And the drinks were made wrong. Won't be pulling forward any more

Convenient location. Easy in and out. The best part is that its connected to a Convenient store with Exxon fuel station. All in one stop.

My kids enjoy going here not only for the chicken nuggets but also to be able to play in the play area with other kids

Waited 40 mins in the drive through for my food finally called no apology just said they were making it fresh.

25 minute from order to delivery in the drive thru. Don't order Frappe when they are busy.

Clean but slow service there ain't any hope for anything fast coming from this location

One of the few kid places to play. Big tables in the play area also. It would be a good place to meet up with other friends. Food was hot, staff was friendly!

Great location and staff friendliness and efficiency. However, sandwich (Quarterpounder) was stale and barely warm. Apple pie was hot and fresh.

It was so great, online it says open till 1am but the real store hours are 12am manager made our food at 1205 because they rock

This McDonald's Had advertising that the playground was open all over the outside of the windows well when we went in there wasn't even a playground in there that was one of the main reasons that we even went to a McDonald's to begin with was to allow my daughter to play which she did not get to do so I'd say for false advertisement this is not where you should go

Might not be down home southern cooking. But love me some McDonald's at times. There food has always been fresh. Fries are excellent. Drinks cold. Good service. Orders most always correct. When they do mess a order up they get it all wrong- McDonald's needs to work on this-When they get a order wrong they have acted like it was my fault or just serve some attitude. Remember employees attitudes can make or break a place and remember McDonald's-employees need to be valued also. When you totally get a order wrong Smile and give the order away. You will profit in long run and have a happy customer and returning customer. Eating out anywhere is not cheap and should be a good satisfying experience. Keep up the good work. I will be back

I got food poisoning from them 2 days ago. I repeat don't eat there! I was so sick I felt like I was dying.

Sarahi is the absolute best! Always gives the best customer service and is always quick at the drive-thru window!

Henderson McDonald's has the rudest manager ever. Workers are nice, but I will not go back there due to management
