McDonald's, Lubbock TX

When I order double hamburgers, I almost always get a single burger. Pay attention to what you're doing

The atmosphere is just like any other McDonalds. This places problem is that they can never get larger orders correct!

Was a late night snack run for 4 hungry boys. The inside was closed so it was only drive thru. Didn’t take long at all.

Fries I always request no salt (due to my high blood pressure) my burgers were just thrown together I used to work for a McDonald's I know the rights and wrongs

Been there twice and both times did a mobile order from 5 minutes out and both times got pulled and had to wait 10 more minutes…I thought that was the whole point of doing a mobile order so u wouldn’t have to wait…this was me going through drive thru by the way

The classic American fast-food joint known for burgers french fries Coca-Cola and a clown. The food can always be counted on to be good if a bit average and expected.

The line look really long iat the drive thru but they hustled them through great deal on the chicken mc lug nuts and fries ten bucks hot and plenty of food fast service

I dont recall ordering a burger raw

But they did it anyway

Its like they only employ people with dementia so that they forget you're order as your saying it

I ordered a burger and fries and i got a potato and a burger so raw i could hear it mooing

Im not sure if they leave the chicken nuggets on the counter overnight but it sure seems like it

I would rather eat a fully cooked burger not some slab of meat half cooked

Just stopped for coffee. Great workers. I was really disappointed that they didn't have the any size drinks for a $1. California does! Nevada does! Im sure other places do also. But not this particular store. I'm going to try another store and see if they have $1 coffees or sodas! They also filled my large coffee cup 3/4 full, when I specifically asked for black coffee, and charged almost $2 for it! It was also not as hot as it usually is. One gets used to good deals at certain places, and I was disappointed at this store!

Shorted my order a bunch in drive thru, need to examine my food before I leave just paid extra for some food I never got, service inside is very good drive thru needs some work in making sure orders have all the stuff the customer ordered.

What is McDonalds know for? Right! Hot, fresh, crispy fries! NOT HERE! The first order was cold and limp. Seriously, the poor fry just hung down (no doubt in shame) So, I sent them back.the fries were my whole order. The next order has moderately hot, but tasted raw! Come on, McDonalds! Why ruin your reputation after this many years in business?

Every time I go through drive-thru the line moves quickly and the staff are very friendly, no matter the time of day. The food is what you'd expect from a McDonalds, but don't always get from other stores. With this store however I've never had the food taste bad.

I drive out of the way, because this is the only Mc Donald's in my area, that actually gets the orders right and fast. You're guaranteed to have problems at the 19th and Loop location.

This is my favorite McDonald’s. They always have their food nice and hot. No complaints here

Our order was totally wrong, I asked for a chicken sandwich with mayo. My daughter wanted a big Mac. This was last Friday night in drive through.
We came home with the wrong food. My chicken was a spicy sandwich with spicy sauce. My daughters was tons and tons of Mayo.no mac sauce. Like it was a joke. It also took longer to get service but it's late at night. I lived to far away for the manager to fix it.

At this McDonald's in Lubbock Texas, the food was made fresh it was hot and very flavorful. We tried their new bacon savory Burger it was divine. I know that's weird to say about a fast food hamburger but it was absolutely delicious. I don't know what they did but when I came home to Hurst Texas and had the same Burger it didn't have the same shine. So a big woohoo to Felicia Jordan the manager of the McDonald's in Lubbock excellent job

Ok. Wow. All the burgers were very dry and cold. Fries were soggy and not hot. Chicken nuggets were stale and not even warm. So terrible all around. Waste of money.

Seems to me that the people working the drive just do not know how to do their job unless they have a manager there present to "check" their work on the way out. I noticed that the young man at the overnight drive thru had his mind on other things rather than his job, and did not complete my order correctly

The staff is racist, they refused me to serve food at 11PM from drive thru just because i was on bicycle and i was not having car. That's not the way. If someone is hungry and wanting food late night and he do not have car then he shouldn't go to this McDonald's. I was so disappointed
