McDonald's, Tomball TX

I enjoy this mcdonalds as most of the time it gets what I ordered but if my order isn't all there, then it still definetly needs to have its employees trained more. I had an order here recently and didn't notice until I got home that I was shorted 2 burgers.

Very nice establishment for being inside another business. We stop here a lot, pass it ever day to and from work. Great workers and atmosphere. All smiles and fresh food. We come every weekend when out on the motorcycles.

Fries were hot and salty.burger was hot bun was fresh. You can tell the difference in old fries and a burger that's been sitting a minute.this was fresh allaround.

Depends really on what time you go. I Rank McDonald's (Nation Wide) on the Fillet of Fish sandwich.the Bun has to be soft and glistening NOT dry and stale

I ordered my food on the app, BUT I encountered a lot of issues with the payment process! I'd like to give a higher rate, but if you can't even pay on the app I will NOT give a higher rate period!

I love coming to this McDonald's after classes hands down the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff is always so nice!

This is the only fast food on my way home so we eat here often.

The fries are always good she the rest is McDonalds. Like it's supposed to be.

The people are always nice and it's usually pretty fast!

We always shop there. My granddaughter loves there Frye's & happy meals. I like the prizes they get. Thk y'all for great service.

Mcdonald's discrimination against white people has cause me to never have a Big Mac again. Didn't eat here, went to the convenience store. Sad when food restaurants become political.

All in all, a decent experience for a quick run through for some take out & no complaints about the service, food or price. Merely saving the 5 stars for "Over the Top" experiences.

Burnt and can't be reheated even though it's super cold. Idk why this mcdonald's is hit and miss. They do alright when they aren't packed but it's called fast food. But if they have too big of a line, they can't get the orders right. This is the 4th time I've been here that they've messed up something else. I'm getting really tired of this.

The employees at This location always closes before the closing hours. And they are just standing around inside till close Not taking any orders.

Its sad there still mo where for the workers to eat and relax out of the sun and enjoy a meal.not everyone is from here.

Consistently bad. I have had cold fries from here more times than hot. Not too sure how a Coke with ice in it can be warm, but my wife and i both got 2 of them tonight. Forgot to put 1 order of fries in the bag and when i went inside to get them, the old rude lady up front told me we didnt order 2 fries and got hassled about it. Burger tasted like very dirty grill too. Terrible place when the actual manager is off duty.

They are always out of something. Last Saturday. They were very rude to my wife and mother in law. Giving them attitude through the drive thru. Very unprofessional.
