McDonald's, Mesquite TX

Came in for breakfast with my son and ordered through the app. Got there at 7am and almost all the tables were dirty. Easy to clean but was nice to get our food so quick and it was hot and tasted good!

I just want to know how can the McDonalds employee get mad because my $20 breakfast order was incomplete…? Not 1 item not 2 but 3 items missing lol Whoever had on the maroon shirt today should highly work on their customer service. “No Stars Recommended”

This McDonald's is a McDonald's that does what they want to do I guess it's not a corporate McDonald's so the ladies and gentlemen that work in this establishment are very aggressive and they close whenever they want to close the store it's not McDonald's that I would recommend

This McDonald’s is a joke! I waited in line like everyone else for over 20 minutes and then when I finally got to order, I tried to order lunch, They told me they don’t serve lunch until 5 minutes after 11. It was 11: 02 the lady refused to serve me because she said she was still serving breakfast I said well it’s passed 11 can I just order lunch? She said no. Then I asked her to give me a reason why? She said because
“she didn’t feel like it” I asked her to tell me what did they have for breakfast since she wasn’t serving lunch and the menus were already changed to lunch. She got mad and said to get out of her lane. I asked for her name and she said her name is Karina and she was the manager and laughed.

They are really slow when take orders and when send the food more than 10 mins for fast food no good and this every time

I got in the line at 10: 31pm and didn’t leave until 11: 40 this is ridiculous the young lady at the window was rude as hell. First it was they didn’t have change for a 100 which I don’t believe and then told me to pull up for a frappe then 36 minutes later come out to give it to me and apologize because she FORGOT! My drink was melted already because it had been sitting out so long This was truthfully my worst experience EVER with a McDonald’s

I truly believe management from the regional office need to audit this location. They didn't ask if I was using my rewards. The sign you have posted states if staff don't ask you if you're using your rewards you'll get a free slushie that didn't happen on Labor Day around 3: 05 p.m.

Save yourself time and go to the other location on 2551 Gus Thomasson. This place will completely bump your mobile order, not bring it out, not replace it, and tell you the only option you have is to contact support. Food is meh at the best of times, save yourself the headache for the cheap food.

Horrible did a mobile order went to pick up fry’s old they had sign said no sodas but still gave me three flats drinks and second they kid at the window trying to make things right they girl acting to be manger or whatever she was was like no and no ask for her name she like I don’t have one this horrible and these kids want more money for what bad service wow update 10-6-22 once more old fry’s and my wife and my order was a large size and was given med fry smh this location need a manager that cares or the owner this place is a joke

Late night grocery run. The manager was actually taking orders in the drive-thru. We had special requests on our burgers. He put it in with patience and made us feel cool about most people Trip when you modify your order.lol like you stressing them. Cool visit

Least favorite McDonald's to go to they remodeled this location and have made it smaller. I guess because of COVID you can't just refill drinks you have to go front and literally wait for 15 minutes just for refill. I heard that McDonald's is hiring at $15 hour but yet they have an self ordered booth on both sides of entrance way. Customer service is not what it use to be. Fries were still

We ordered 3 ice coffees after paying and going to the next window they told us they didn’t have ice coffee after we already payed.getting a refund was very complicated here? ‍

I've been waiting 15 min for 2 hot and spicy mcchicken. I think they forgot about the order.

9.10.22 update - Curbside got better

8/6/22. The customer service was so so. Cleanliness was horrible they dont clean the tables even when the workers pass by a dirty table. And our burgers were given to us like they went through a tornado. Dont know if I will come back here

My sister spent almost 9 dollars on my bacon quarter pounder combo. They made my order wrong when I clearing stated how i wanted it made, when i tried calling, no answer.
