McDonald's, El Paso TX

Food was overall ok. Fries were soft and didn't have salt. My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was just a Crispy Chicken Sandwich because they didn't put the spicy sauce.

Not gonna lie, if you go to the drive through late at this location, be prepared to wait an hour. This isn't just a sometimes thing either, after a certain time at night the wait times literally become a joke. Decent fries though

Omg pls don’t ever go to THIS mcdonald’s drive thru! 30+ mins just to order the food.this is the second time this has happened to me & it’s like huh? They taking forever like one person is working there or something.bye i’m mad

They took 15 minutes to give us our food, everything was placed carelessly in the bag, and the order was not complete.had to go in twice to get the order right.

We've been coming here for years, because of the convenience when driving out of town, and I'm still waiting for them to get 1 (just 1) order right. They never give you ketchup unless you ask, they gave us 2 (literally 2) napkins for three orders and they didn't get one of the orders right. Just 1 time!
I think we might have to start skipping this McDonald's all together.

This place is a disaster. Twice in one week they totally messed up the delivery orders and both times they refused to correct the delivery. This store will rip you off. Buyer beware! Look at the other horrible reviews. TWICE RIPPED OFF!

Every time I decide to come to this location I swear I end up being in line for 40 minutes. Why don’t I learn my lesson? Today we were sitting at the intercom for 10 minutes without being attended (in addition to already having waited in the long line). We just drove away. No more of this location for me!

Always hit or miss with waiting times. Sometimes it’s fast and correct receiving order and others it’s 15 minutes plus wait and still receive order wrong

I do not know what’s happening to this McDonald’s! Every single time we go they always take forever and I mean 20 min or more or they do everything in a hurry and always get our order wrong! This has become ah routine for this establishment besides the employees at drive thru been so rude! I worked at a fast food chain and no matter what attitude the customer had i greet them with a smile! But you guys gotta step it up mangers and employees! Having a lot of people and still not knowing how to organized yourselves is costing a lot time and money!

Now all fast food places are terrible at times but this one takes the cake. Manager was scolding employees for getting orders wrong in drive thru. The cashier was new and didn't seem to know how to use the register kept asking for help. The screens that had the menus where broken not displaying anything.

While ordering a big breakfast at the drive thru at the Joe Battle location i asked if they had sugar free syrup for the hotcakes. The young lady replies that to her knowledge they've never had sugar free syrup. I tell her, "that's funny, most places that sell pancakes have sugar free syrup now. " She's like, nope we don't. So I ask for something else to include hashbrowns. I guess they don't have ketchup either to go with the hashbrowns, because there was none in the bag when I drove home. I guess if you don't ask for ketchup, they won't give it to you.

I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes out of my way then come to this location that is right near my house. You have to pull forward and wait every single time you come no matter the time of day. Everything is cold when you get your food because you wait so long.

I stopped in for 2 breakfast sandwiches on 3/4/202 at 335 am. The lady working had the worst attitude and rolled her eyes often. She isnt very happy with her job. Her customer service leaves ALOT to be desired. Cheer up buttercup. If you want to have a good day, make it one for yoursf and others.

Service is good at most locations. Only thing I will say is sometimes they either forget straws or sauces. Not all places are the same. It just depends which one you go to.

No employees in the front to greet you, employees playing around in the lobby no customer service. We waited and decided to put in our own order since no one to attend you and they still took long, food quality was bad.
