McDonald's, Cedar Hill TX

My daughter and I just experienced the worst customer service at this establishment. Management was rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. My 14yr old daughter was rudely dismissed & spoken to when sent in for our order that they said we didn't make and even after I went in to prove we ordered and showed the order number we were questioned & looked at as though we're lying. I don't understand how establishments can put young people in management positions who don't know good customer service or even how to manage because one of the managers coworkers followed suit with the rudeness and mockery. I don't even eat McDonalds but my family does, but best believe if these two workers are still allowed to work here after the way they behaved McDonalds won't ever get our money again. This why I stay going to my favorite establishment Chick-fil-A. They know how to treat customers. My family is just going to have to switch up and of course find another fast food burger place, when craving it, with better service and food!

This is the only McDonald's that makes my cookies fresh and my Carmel frappe perfect Everytime they have slip us but overall experiences are better than other McDonald's.

I decided to grab a quick bite to eat before working my 15 hour shift. My food was good and fresh. I wanted Whataburger but the lines was backed up. My nuggets was fresh and beverage was on point.

This is the worst McDonalds to eat in, the staff over at this location in cedar hill tonight was completely in-totally rude to me. I am not returning to this location for how I was treated.

One of the BEST McDonald’s ever! Customer service always phenomenal! If my order is wrong, they correct it with a smile on their face. Love it

The food and service was excellent. Has a playhouse for the kids. Dining area was very clean.

My daughter loves this place bit they were slow slow slow on getting the orders out in the lobby and the drive thru was crowded as usual

Food is freshly made to order.friendly staff.kid friendly with play area.parking is limited.and you're likely to be blocked in.especially parking handicap near drive thru line.

Always always Wherever the Sun goes down and you ask for shake or ice cream the machine is down. Several times I was actually given 8 fries in a small fries order. Sad they do not have good Service.

Stopped by at around 2 pm it was so clean and empty. Not really any people. Plus the play place is on the bigger side with plenty of tables to sit at. Will definitely come back when close by.

Most mcdonald's have been horrible with food quality and rude staff. This was a great surprise to have smiling staff abd food was hot and fast. Doubt I'll have the same experience at another mcdonald's but this one was really good.

It's McDonald's I am tired of them leaving things out and I have to come back over and over. Today they put 2 spoons of Oatmeal in my cup

This is in cedar hill, tx. Always get the order right. Friendly in the drive through. Smiling faces.

Long lines and drive thru is sort of slow.
It's hit or miss with them.
Fries warm

I went when it was very busy. So my fries didn't taste like they were totally cooked, and my burger was just thrown together. The ketchup on my burger had a funny taste.
