McDonald's, Saginaw TX

Went inside to FRUIT FLY central. Just about got carried out the door by them. Lets get this cleaned up. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal. Got a single quarter pounder. Fries were good.

We had no issues with the food or the employees, and the bathrooms were clean. It's pretty off-putting when you enter a restaurant and realize that nobody is willing to speak with you to take your order. I am baffled by having to place my order and pay at what amounts to a random screen while employees watch. It's a very cold greeting. However, I still gave 4 stars because they didn't complain about our small child with autism being unable to keep shoes on. We greatly appreciate that!

It’s been awhile since I came back to this location. The service still hasn’t gotten better, the lady taking my order sounded half sleep and I repeated my order to her TWICE. My order was still WRONG. I don’t eat pork yet I got a bacon quarter pounder, a half full fries, no sauce for my nuggets even though I asked the guy at the window. He said everything was in the bag which it wasn’t. It was late so I just ended up eating my cold fries and nuggets with no sauce.

I managed a McDonald back in Minnesota and I would say whoever manages this location either just don’t care or hires anyone and everyone who just does what they want. I pulled up to a group of people on their phones and a car parked in the drive thru and waited almost 10 minutes just to get my cold food. I will not be going back, I’ll drive a ways down to go to a better location.

I really hate to make a bad review of a restaurant I like, but seriously, they deserved it because I made my order with my app it was almost 10 pm. They have 2 drive thru lines, but only one was open, and they offer at my order to pick up at the counter, but the lobby was already closed and even I talk to one employee he only said that they already closed the lobby, I had to go make a line with more than 10 cars in front of me, when finally I got to the window they said that they can't find my order, I was wondering how many order with the same name can be there, I show to them my order was made more than 30 minutes ago and when finally they give me my food.my food was cold. And the guy at the window doesn't say sorry about all the time I have to wait. There are more options around avoid this place if you guys don't want a bad experience.

Gabriel was absolutely amazing In his customer service skills. Early in the morning and he was upbeat, cheerful and helpful. Keep it!

Genuinely the best ran mcdonald’s for miles foof is most always right and hot thanks management and the staff

I usually frequent this particular McDonald's because it's in my service area. Food is always freshly made services always good.

So inappropriate what we witnessed here yesterday while Door Dashing. The manager or whoever was in charge yesterday afternoon around 4: 00 pm needs to be fired! If we could hear how she was talking to an employee and the language she was using while talking about the employee to co-workers then I know the entire restaurant heard her. Very disrespectful and inappropriate! Someone needs to address this ASAP.

At 9: 30 pm and the wait was lousy they leave me waiting and they still give me the cold dresser the cold raw and old potatoes the old and cold chiken nuggets. I still tell him the willow that I want and he tells me if I asked him twice and they told me it goes in the bag I see and they didn't even give me napkins I had to go down by car to the window to tell him where the willow is and he still has the nerve to laugh the nigga of mierd@ I will never eat in this place again, it has clowns working in this place

Drive thru lady that took our money was very rude! Upon asking about the their spicy chicken sandwich she had no clue how it is made.

Went there twice and the customer service was bad both times. I love McDonald's, but will never return to this location.

C'mon, guys, it's a MickeyD. BUT, fast service, accurate order, clean restaurant. I've heard people gripe about this place so much, I had to try it myself. They handle a HUGE volume of orders every day, so a mistake or two surely happens. But I, at least, was very happy.

First why bother ordering on the McDonald’s app when all places now are mostly geared for the drive thru. In fact awhile back at another McDonald’s I overheard a managers conversation that said they make just as much money with the drive thru. The other place which was in White Settlement Tx now does only drive thru. But at this location in Saginaw Tx I ordered a Big Mac, fries and a large coke. It was barely warm. Why does there buns fall apart so easy. And the food was barely edible. Also waited a long time to get my order. I needed ketchup and came back to counter twice but nobody would wait on me. Also there was a young guy with very long hair down to his shoulders with no hair net on. When you are working with food you should be made to wear one or else hair could get in your food. When I was a teenager I worked in fast food and they always made everyone that had long hair wear one. For the price I am paying which was $9.39 I expect better. Really part of the problem is management. I saw lots of employees that was only doing 1 thing and no more. When I worked fast food as a teenager I was trained in all facets of the business and did more then 1 thing at a time. I have tried this location lots of times as I try to give the benefit of doubt but no more. Won’t be back. I will take my business elsewhere where I’m appreciated.and served better food.

SLOWEST MCDONALDS EVER which is why the lines are always looongggggg… also make sure you keep your receipt or they insist on giving you someone else’s order because the kid in the drive thru mixed up the orders from the split lanes.
