McDonald's, Texarkana TX

Staff was very courteous, place was clean, food was well prepared, fresh and hot. Counter allowed substitution of sausage patty to bacon stripes for the ordered big breakfast. The wifi here is good and fast, allowing me to set up maps for my next drive. Enjoyed the bottomless drink from the fountain. The decor is different in a good way. I recommend this McDonalds.

Took my daughter and my son-in-law I always enjoy hot spicy extra mayo onions large mocha frappe and a big glass of sweet tea

The food is usually okay most the time, but it is super slow, and my order is usually wrong in one way or the other when I only order 2 food items and on top of that most of the employees don’t speak and just glare at you the entire time your there. It’s really sad because I enjoy McDonalds food but between the service and getting a simple order wrong every single time it makes me hate this McDonalds. You guys really need to hire someone else that can handle a simple order. Not being rude but it’s the truth there’s a difference between just making a mistake and just constantly messing things up because you don’t care. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s.

The food looked unappealing and tasted stale. The fries were cold and tough. Don't expect friendly service. This was not my first bad experience at this location.

I consistently have issues with this location. I've been in the drive thru waiting for several minutes while they take order after order from the 2nd drive thru and ignore me. I've had issues with my app orders. I don't usually post negative reviews but I'm fed up. My order today was wrong and I went back to correct it. I had ordered extra mayo on my burger. Ended up with globs of mayo spilling out, and mustard and ketchup that I did not order. It looked disgusting. I didn't get an apology and felt like they were aggravated at me for coming back through. I won't go back to this location unless I have to.

Horrible experience, I waited in line 13minutes at the speaker box before anyone answered to take my order. I ordered filet fish w/o cheese and large fries. They gave me my order WITH cheese and the fries were over cooked so badly that I couldn't eat them. I drove back and went inside to return the food. There were ONLY 3 people working. I got the new order and the fries were still overcooked and the front person had to keep repeating the order to the cook NO CHEESE, NO CHEESE.

Ordered a 4 for 4 and didn't get my nuggets. They put the sauce in bit not the actual nuggets themselves. By the time I realized it it was too late I was way out of town and it's not the first time this has happened.

Slowest drive thru of all time. No since of fast food. People don’t have any pride in their jobs anymore. And they expect $15 a hour. Absolutely not!

Very nice people but the girl and the upper management didn't know how to process my app order. They didn't even know how to cancel it. So there was a line backed up and cars honking. So my friend and I just left.

Never get my order correct and the French fries and hash browns be soggy instead of crisp, need people in there that wants to work and take pride in how they serve the food

Poor service - waited around at the counter and no one would take our order; dirty (restroom didn't have soap) - bad experience all the way around.

The ice cream machine has literally NEVER worked. Their Frappe machine is down and the frozen drink machine is down. Why go when only half the menu is available? Owners need to get it together.poor management has their hands tied.

No more breakfast after 10.30 do you people do anything for the customer just your convenience do you know how money is going to cost you?

Quick, easy, painless, the only blemish is I have been shorted items and didn't discover it until I got home. Check the sack before you leave.

It's been a daily stop for me recently and the staff is friendly and quick. There's no dine-in, but there were some to-go hours (at the counter). I used the app to order curbside pick-up. Even though I'm a bike rider, I was still allowed to utilize the pick-up spot. I did once try to use the drive-thru, but my bike wouldn't set off the sensor. LOL

My burger bun was very hard n stale. I did not my order correct, I won't be ordering from this location any more. I'd rather pay 9.00 dollars for a good burger than fast food.

Ordered a plain burger meal, got a special with two cheeseburgers. Saw a manager and asked for a plain burger. Got another cheeseburger. Also they don't have the caramel brownie sundae.
