McDonald's, Beaumont TX

Very disgusting food, we received dark brown nuggets instead of golden. They were cold as well. So we’re the fries and dark orange in color. I kindly asked for a remake and they either reheated the same ones and gave them back or the grease very badly needs to be changed. However the disrespectful and disguisting excuse of a “manager” claimed the grease as new. Then continued to publicly try to disrespect and intimidate me. LOL do better McDonald’s my kids love McDonald’s way to much to be putting up with this trashy nonsense. You do not deserve the rank of any management and you won’t get far acting the way you did today. Mental health is very important, if you can’t afford taking care of that there’s government assistance that can help you with that. Have a wonder day y’all just not at this location

Food was greasy and the fries were cooked in old oil. The workers were friendly but wasn’t impressed with this visit.

My food was amazing. The cashier was rude and had negative energy. They were all just rolling their eyes at the fact that I was ordering food. Bad image.

Food usually has mustard all over wrapping even when nothing you ordered has mustard. Service is very slow at best, atmosphere is not pleasant.

Wrong and missing items in order that had to wait 30 minutes to get it on a curbside that supposed to be timed already, total from when I ordered was like 50 minutes, did not have right cups and don't mention it until the window. Then had to go around and get to the counter for the missing items.

Wasn't the best experience, double checked with drive through person about order and got an "uh huh" but when received order exact thing checked was wrong. The people inside at the counter were helpful though, remade order to satisfaction.

Every single time when I make a mobile order they’re always taking long and sometimes don’t even bother to start on them.it really takes them over 30 minutes just for a 10 pc?

This restaurant was so dirty. Will not return to this location again.

It is what it is. You either get lucky or not. There is no real way of saying it's good.

Worst ever. The line was long. The first window attendant told me the receipt was at the second window. The attendant at the second drive thru window tried to give me the wrong order. He then asked me to give him the receipt to verify the order. Did not realize that a drink was included after he verified the meal. This restaurant and employee attitude is mirrored across the city of Beaumont Texas. This is the beginning of the demise of retail in the USA.

I have driven from Mauriceville to work in Beaumont for right at 4 years. I have always stopped at this restaurant to order my breakfast. At our about 5: 30-5: 45a.m. And for the last two weeks, on certain days I've stopped the same person (female) tells me they're not opened until 6.and it's always that same person, you can tell by the voice. Now needless to say, I have to be at work by 6. And it's too late to stop elsewheres. Now why is it, when she's there, it's not opened and other mornings same time frame it is? I'll wait for the excuses to begin.

Dirty tables, slow service, rude employees and the food was so greasy it was dripping. Worst McDonald's experience ever.

Food sucks and stood there to order for a long time, they kept walking around over by the drive thru. Was more worried about them then the people inside. When they finally did come to take my order they were rude.

Very nice inside. The employee brought our order to our table just like he was a waiter in a restaurant. Awesome service.

Quick, easy drive-thru. Got what we ordered & pleased with it. LOVE the new-ish Frozen Dr. Pepper (hope it stays on the menu).
