McDonald's, Big Spring TX

They got half the order wrong, were rude, the line was super slow, the food was cold, they were super forgetful, and we really wasnt 16 bucks to not even get most of us fed.the worst place.

I use the drive thru often and customer service is hit and miss at this location. Some employees are great and Some seem annoyed to be working there. More customer service training is needed.

This place is closed. It is not open at all. I just walked up there and it is closed. If your stopping for McDonald's it is closed. There is a travel centers of America it is open and has fast food options.

I've never been in a nasty McDonald's until today. Slow and why isn't the seating available. Never stopping here ever again!

Very poor costumer service. I went this morning and I was talked to rudely. She was really disrespectful. I'll tell you this that's the last time they get my money.
If I could give a half a star I would have.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They finish each order before taking the next order. They are as slow as a cupcake. I gave up one night, the next day I thought maybe things would be different. It was the same exact thing. Everyone must have an IQ equal to that of a McDonald's employee. You'd think you're getting your food on a golden platter with these outrageous prices. Save your money for somewhere better and cheaper.

Was about 10pm getting in the store. It was pretty busy and nobody was working the register. After about 8 minutes we got to order. Then had to wait another 10 minutes on the food.

30 minutes to get our food. Didn't get our drinks with the food. When the Carmel frappe finally came, it was a half glass of crushed ice with whipped cream on it. There were pallets of frozen Mc Donald's food and racks of buns sitting in the parking lot when we got there, 55 minutes later when we left they were still there. Guests were told to use the kiosks if they wanted. I helped an elderly couple enter there order because they didn't know how. Never in my 60 years have I seen a restaurant that poorly ran.

1. Kiosk machines only! No front counter service!
2.3: 36 I order 2 cheeseburger meal plain.
3. Received food at 3: 47.

Recap here. I had to place my own order, wait 11 minutes for my food and still had to ask for my cup. McDonald's and the kiosk machine is a joke. Where should I send the bill for my services as a order taker?

Adding to my reveiw. The fries I wanted for where under cooked. VERY UNIMPRESSED BY THIS MCDONALD'S! Owner should be ashamed to own thus establishment!

Everytime we go here there is someone being rudy and wont wait on anyone no-one washes there hands and the tables are dirty cant sit down this is not right.someone help plz they need a corporate visit and training as well. Thanks

After waiting for fries for forever my Burger was cold I've never had to microwave my Burger so it can have the same temperature of my fries

B cause I had to wait 2 hrs in drive threw. And the employee was very rude over the intercom. And at the window no excuse for that behavior. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back. And I'm telling everybody about it

Terrible Service! Ordered 2 small biscuits and a coffee and waited 15 minutes, lady manager seemed like she didn't want to help me when they finally gave me my order but still forgot the coffee.people who ordered before me got their order way before me and it seemed to have some racist undertones and I felt uncomfortable the whole time there!

I travel for a living and stop at more McDonald's than I'd like. Quick service and I could hear them in the back verbally energizing each other to compete orders quick and effectively.

Just when you think you have seen it all from the Mc Donalds franchise, they always have a way to blow your mind.
Ordered a 4 piece nugget to go, received a box of pickles. Ive lost all faith in Mc Donald employees. Order was bagged by the manager, so should give you an IQ rating of this particular establishment

Awful service. None of the employees were in uniform, one of them had his pants sagging around his knees. Employees are super rude. Restaurant is dirty. We waited twenty minutes for two Mc Doubles. When there's a line of 30 customers waiting for food, nobody behind the counter should go stand idly in the corner next to the register. Yes, people can see you. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired.

I went there around 11 pm and Drive thru lane 1 wasn't working. Please next time put a closed sign. The girl who took my order was nice.
