McDonald's, San Antonio TX

Seriously the worst McDonalds. Super slow, wrong orders. I live right next to it and come here trying to always give them a second try. There is about 10 people in the kitchen, automated machines, assembly lines to make the burgers quickly and these people will seriously make you wait 25 minutes in the lobby for your order. It’s ridiculous. I used to work here before all this lack of work ethics and automated machines and we got all our customers out in less than 5 minutes each. Don’t waste your money here. They don’t care and they don’t care to make it better. They are lazy and lack work ethics even when the machines pretty much do all their work. It’s extremely lame.

I don't know if I was craving it so much or what but that Ice Cream Cone was SOOO GOOOOD!

The lady at the drive thru window last night was the nicest politest and kind fast food employee I have ever met! And the food was hot a on point delicious!

How is it that I can order on the app yet still wait 15 minutes to get food? Those in drive thru get their food faster.

This McDonald's stepped up thwir game. Almost about a year ago they seemed to take long and were rude. But now they are fast, helpful and nice. Maybe they got rid of the rude people but the atmosphere definitely has changed, and it seems to be the best McDonald's. I only ever got my food a little over cooked once.

Do not go here we waited 20 minutes at the drive thru and did not move.
Called the location no answer!

Fish sandwiches are excellent extra tartar sauce they cook it just right I love McDonald's

Ok. I've had some bad McDonald's before, but this was horrible. This store is 0.6 miles from me and NOTHING was hot. Asked for EXTRA Mac sauce and got none and also no pickles. I didn't order that. What's the point in ordering a Big Mack without the sauce? It was so dry I had to put mayo on it and that didn't help. I could have saved $1.65 and gotten a Double Cheeseburger. Everything was cold! The Double Cheeseburgers were ordered with extra pickles and had 1 slice. The pies were TINY and had MAYBE 1/2 teaspoon of filling. The most disappointing meal we've ever had.

My first time trying here. I was excited to find a new breakfast place to buy tacos. But sad to say I was very disappointed.
The bean and cheese tacos were a joke with the tiny half spoon of beans spread very thinly over less than half the tortilla, topped with cheese. It was mostly tortilla.

This by far the worst.took forever to take my order.gave plenty of wrong orders while I waited.most ppl didnt get there drinks and if they did it was wrong.like come on now.there's like 10 plus ppl back there and they can't even get it together

The service at this location is horrible. Several times I have been at the drive thru speaker and been told to wait. After 5 minutes, I drive off because no one helps me. Inside is no better, walked out yesterday after waiting 5 minutes.

Standard fare nothing special and nothing to see, once the McRib returns ill give this post a higher rating.

Ordered 4 plan spicys all were light brown not even redish called. Manger said he made it him self and iam wrong I guess I waited a long line for a simple plans burgers even that they can't get right

Employees are great, management is good about appointing people where they are needed, especially during a rush. The dining area is very clean, the past area is wiped down at the end of the day, Ms. Hortencia always has a smile and is very polite and social

Don't come to this location unless you want to wait 30 minutes for your pickup order. Has happened twice now.

Has the worst wait times. They will have literally nobody at the window and a huge line waiting to order

They're very rude your overnight shift she sigh all the time I was trying to order I was just trying to get something to eat for my kids im not a bad person lol to leave reviews but come on if you gonna give attitude and not get my order when I'm being nice then why work there that girl needs to find another job and she kept telling everyone it was closed and this happened last night july18 2023 at 2: 45am!

I really enjoyed this McDonald's. I was there w my great grandson. My order was complete unlike the one close to my house. I'd rather go an extra mile and get good service. The gentleman brought everything to the kid area and I didn't have to get up and get what was forgotten; i.e chocolate milk, straw, etc. I rate this place a "10. "
