McDonald's, San Antonio TX

You have got to be the most trashiest McDonalds ever. Like how are y’all even open. Y’all got my order wrong twice, the first time you brought my cheeseburger on a pancake plate with no bun, second time a Big Mac which was a double bacon cheeseburger. I swear y’all suck at life. Y’all definitely deserve 7.25 an hour.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. You've heard of the rubber chicken. Well, that's what I got. The general manager tried to undo the problem and gave me a fresh sandwich. I think they cooked it too long. Even the crust was unappealing.

Went to get 2 Big Macs and large fries, as you can see from pics the fries weren’t even half full paid 3.99 for a few fries and the burgers well you can see the burnt pieces when you don’t clean the grill it tasted horrible, I wasn’t able to eat it cause you can taste the burnt pieces just horrible

Not one to give bad reviews but it’s just funny how 9 times out of 10 they will mess up your order and also you can’t get absolutely no free sauces from this location not 1! They charge for everything.

Went to the drive-through ordered a double fillet of fish they gave me my sandwich got a block down the road open the sandwich. It was a single fillet of fish so I turned back around. I went back and asked him to make me a double flare fish like I originally asked for it, and I would like it to be fresh so they insulting my intelligence, waited two minutes, which I know it takes longer to cook fish the ham in my sandwich I get my car opened up and the cheese is cold, so I know it was not made fresh. This is a disgrace they want $10-$12 an hour but they can’t even treat the customers properly or make an order properly.

I purchased a Homestead Burger meal and the Burger was terrible. I will never return back to this McDonald's again or any other McDonald

This is the absolute worst mc donalds ever. Its open, but no one is here, not a single person. 10 plus people have waited so long with me and we all got fed up, pulled up and no one is inside. Absolutely ridiculous.

Love this McDonald's it's my favorite. I think there's new management. But I like the way these girls are talking.

My order was missing 3 items and then 2 other items were made incorrectly. Now normally i would call and tell them but they have the phone off the hook so it comes up busy signal. I have been calling for over 30 minutes and still busy signal.this tells me they have piss poor managment and i truly hope they get fired for not even caring about customer service.if you hate your job then quit and go find a job that you can enjoy! Seriously flamed right now because now i have to drive back and fight with them about how dumb they are especially because i asked them if everything was there and correct. Get better employees that actually care about the buisness because its clear you dont have that!

My room mate and I like to shop once or twice a week and as usual we get so caught up in the rush we forget to stop to eat. Today was the same. We had all our shopping done unloaded the car and rushed out again to the nearest McDonald's located outside of loop 410 on Evers Road. After making a quick purchase of one fish sandwich and one chicken sandwich, 2 fries and 1 coke we headed home to enjoy.

This is the third time I go to the sorry McDonald’s. They always mess up my order and they over paid me. I’ve been trying to call your phone which they have not answered. They’ve been busy for the past 30 minutes. I paid I over paid for three little things which only got two things so it’s either you find the management or get a new people stop getting kids in their.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The managers are rude. They always get your order wrong, you can’t call them because the phone is always busy. And the line is always super long with old food. You would think it would be fresh considering the wait. Avoid it if possible.

Came to eat n the girl lock door 15 min before close so I came thru the drive thru n the girl on the speaker was very rude n rushing me and didn't even great me. I'm a manager at a restaurant n #1 is customer service

Well employees are friendly and service is good. My only complaint is that they don't have the oven working here for baked goods in the morning. You are a company that makes tons of money daily and that's just ridiculous that the oven isn't working. This isn't the only McDonald's either. The one on Bandera and woodlawn said the same exact thing.

Restaurants never opened all employees were sitting around.
The parking lot was full of people waiting.
We were told we're going to open at 7 a.m. I left at 7: 15 and still wasn't open.
Around 10 cars left too while I was waiting

I got online delivered chicken nuggets extra frys happy meal, burger with apples happy meal, bacon burger large meal combo (lg drink and fry) and 10 piece nugget large combo (lg drink and fry) and mc flurry im missing the whole bacon burger meal only got the drink.missing extra fry and apples.missing fry from nugget combo and missing my mcflurry.total was $41.89 n only got $5 off next order.effing stupid.now they wont answer because im sure they know damn well what they did. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
