I asked for a burger without pickles, and they gave me one with pickles, I went to exchange it but they only removed the pickles and gave me back the same burger; They should be more careful in this service, some clients may be allergic and they could cause great damage.
For my part, I will not visit that store again.

Terrible service, more than 20 minutes waiting for some breakfast that I ordered in the app, you arrive and they send you to park and all the people who arrive quickly give you the order. I spoke by phone with the Manager and she hung up on me, they should change the Manager

Friendly, Very organized and clean, no missing items, no problem with orders and Free items on top of that!

What they do is that they ask you for a donation, if you say no, they will still get $2-3 off your card or cash. They also expect some tip! Which is crazy! It's like a little hussle they got going on, they are all little kids that are always hitting the wax pen, and you can tell they've been smoking, and they are always playing around, not working. **They always forget something**
always mess with something, and plus I think they put something on my food that made my stomach ache. My husband once found a penny in his burger, and when he bit into it it hurt him. When he went back to complain, the dumb little girl at the counter laughed at him, and the manager came over and sent her home. Go to another McDonald's this one is ghetto, def save your money.

Bathrooms lacked paper towels; the air hand dryers did not work, and overall, the bathrooms were not kept up in cleanliness!

Ordered through door dash and they always sending halfway fries and a missing item. Always. SMH I don’t get what I pay for. Shouldn’t have to worry about getting what I order. Very inconvenient!

I JUST WANTED TO EAT MY SAUSAGE MC GIRDDLE WITH MY HASHBROWN INSIDE BUT OF COURSE THEY FORGET MY HASHBROWNS

This place always takes too long for you to get your food though the -Thru and inside. The staff spends a lot of time playing around and will stand around talking to each other rather than work on the others and the manager is the same, this is mainly the night shift.

Just came inside after years of not visiting and the bathrooms are disgusting and all the tables are dirty with food all over them. This place is always messed up in one way or another. Y'all need a new manager!

Ordered online and drive through person had little or no communication with me after I gave my code. When I processed to the window even though I wasn’t instructed to after a long wait I found the cashier was on the phone instead of talking care of business.

They never want to work always i asked for something we don’t have ok then joust doit i can wait o no we don’t have nothing in the inventory always a different lame excuse jets of berries

Horrible service. They don’t acknowledge the amount of cars they have waiting I was only there to pick up an online order yet the amount of time they take is ridiculous as i aprorched to the window this girl at the window ask for my order information at that moment im thinking finally im getting my order she opens the window and says go to the following window takes her cellphone out and uses it right infront of me thats just pathetic and not professional at all not only that but behind me were various people awaiting on their food Supposed to be a 24 hour location yet after 9 pm you can forget about receiving any kind of service.

Ordered by mobile. Waited in curbside, less than 5 minutes. Our order was exactly what we ordered and fresh.

It's a hit or miss sometimes for your order to be correct. But I do like coming here for a quick meal.

Horrible service.ordered curbside and have been waiting for over 15 min!
I go in there to check and the girl tells me they're busy when clearly everyone else had been leaving left and right meanwhile we are still here waiting.

Paid for a cheeseburger on the side and didn't receive it. Told them we wanted a quarter pounder with only mayo, they added cheese. All four of our fries were undercooked and soggy and had no flavor. The nuggets and the double quarter pounder with cheese were good. Nice girls at the drive-thru but they need to do a better job with our orders.
