First McDonalds I've been to in years where I received excellent service and quality food (for McDonald's obviously)

I would like to say yesterday @9.50pm we left mc Donald’s drive thru and Roxanna at the window who gave me my food was AMAZING she had great customer service, was kind at the window and when I asked for more sauce she didn’t give me an ugly look she simply satisfied me and smiled the whole time! You guys need more people like her! The manager that is always there he’s tall light Mexicano he also is always on top of the orders. I greatly appreciate this location!

I frequently take our 3 year old to various McDonald's playplaces during the hot summer months, and review mostly based on that:
Food-same as any other McDonald's

Vibe-restaurant gets busy, but playplace area is generally quiet.

Cleanliness-mid range. The playplace gets grimy and hit or miss whether the tables have been wiped down recently.

Playplace-open as of summer 2023. Decent but small. Mostly a small slide and things to climb on. Our daughter struggled with the climbing parts until she was older than 2. No bathroom in the playplace area. No door between the playplace and main restaurant, but it's relatively well cut-off from it. You can see into the playplace while refilling drinks, which is nice.

Very clean McDonalds my cousin got Mcgritty bathrooms are very clean as well so I recommend if your in the area go eat at this McDonald’s.

Tried to order on the app and it gave an error, but a code at the same time. I went to drive thru and told my code and they said there's nothing in it. I told them ok, nevermind then. They charged me $1.39 for nothing after I left. I called and explained why was I charged for literally nothing and basically told me to come in with a receipt and hung up while I was talking to them. How can I have a receipt when you guys charged me for nothing?

Every Friday and Saturday I get off at 3 o’clock, I always want McDonald’s so I stop by and EVERY Friday and Saturday they claim “our system is down”. They’re lazy and refuse to do their job, the night crew needs to be reevaluated and fired, terrible location. Would not recommend to anyone.

Their ice cream machine works and they've never gotten an order wrong highly recommended

Has to be the cleanest and friendliest McDonald's I've ever been too! And they got my coffee right!

Ordered a #1 large combo with a mcflurry for the drink. Drive thru said that she couldn't do that. Wth?

Lousy experience. Gentleman at 2nd window was sarcastic when I asked for ketchup, napkins, and salt & pepper to go with our fries. No communication skills. Ordered a large Grimace shake and was given a medium. Had to go inside to get correct size. Snobby, teenage female staff members with gold jewelry every where, who don't smile or seem to radiate a bad attitude.

Other than that, my daughter was happy with the shake

They have there backs turned and will ignore you and won’t say nothing like at least y’all can say thank you

The only issue I had experienced was that because they offer the self ordering machine, they tend to ignore you when standing waiting to order. Being visually impaired/blind, what I did notice was that they will stand with their backs to you, talk to each other, the one who is facing you, will ignore you, and you just keep standing there. Noticed several times when the person who finally helped me came up and asked if I needed anything. By then, I was standing there for 5 min. Then I noticed the same person who looked in my direction kept looking at me yet never came to ask me if I needed help or something. All I needed was a bag to go. Took 5 min just fir a. The lady who took my order did bring me my order, which I appreciated. Not saying it was horrible service, but could have been more attentive to their surroundings.

The fries were half raw today. This isn’t the first time, either. We rarely go to McDonald’s but we’ve never had a good experience at this location.

Ran in to pickup 2 McCrispy chicken sandwiches. Since I've learned to use the kiosk, I was in and out in maybe 6 minutes?

Drive thru is super crammed/congested. And a majority of the employees are rude and gets an attitude when you ask them to repeat what they said because it's hard to understand them.

Food was ok but service is lacking. People at windows are not friendly and had headphones in listening to music. Had to wave them down just to get jam and picante sauce.

The early morning shift lousy service. If anyone knows how to make a direct claim to the supervisor, I would appreciate it.
