Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
16On the 12th of September got two quarter pounder combo's within minutes of eating me and my coworker became very ill and had to be rushed to the hospital for food poison
This place has no idea what the difference between a Diet Coke and a Dr Pepper is. I have been given a Dr Pepper more times than I can count.
The only reason why I didn't give it five stars it's McDonald's not home cooked food that place is constantly busy I was in and out quickly God bless you and all you know
Some days everything is fine some days not so much. I asked for and egg McMuffin instead of Canadian bacon regular bacon. I have received it with Canadian bacon still or with both Canadian bacon and regular bacon. Most days it is fine but definitely check your order if you want your food a specific way.
Drive thru window did not get our order right despite correcting it 3 times. Ordered extra sauce for nuggets and paid for them. Did not get sauce when order came out. Had to go in and ask and show recite to get what we paid for.
Horrible service. Got our food. Got home. Missing items. Returned less than 10 min later. Manager was rude. Stated I needed to bring the original bag back. Um the kids were already eating/hungry. Manager was cocky. “I’m the manager Jose”. Didn’t refund us. Stay away from this place. Judging from the other reviews this is normal. Entitled. Smug. Rude behavior. Won’t get our business again. Telling everyone I know what low class service to expect here.
Probably one of the cleanest McDonald's I have been to. They always get the order right as well.
Ordered the new QPC, that should come with jalapeños on it. Instead all the jalapeño were under burger in bottom of container. None were actually on the burger!
I placed a mobile order and used my points for a ice coffee, waited in line for 45 minutes since it was around 11 pm and curbside pickup and the inside was closed to be told that there was no ice coffee so my husband had to settle with a free frappe which he didn't want it
The best egg mcmuffins I've had in 20 years. Fresh, well assembled. The staff were engaging. If every egg mcmuffin tasted like these, the Company would own the breakfast market
Very good, especially this worker he has earphones and a green vest. I don’t know their name but they’re very helpful and they deserve a raise very nice and treats customers well, great customer service because of him.
Pretty chill, too many places where you can sit and dine. The food was pretty good at a decent price. Just keep in mind that the food and service depend on the employee and staff.
Sat in drive through for 30 minutes waiting for our door dash as the lady walked around on her phone at 240 at night she blatantly laughed at us and asked us that door dash and said Im not making it never will I use this location ever again
This is one of the most well managed McDonald's that I've been to. It is clean and we always have a positive experience. The drive through is very fast and efficient. Special shout out to the dude working the drive through register in the mornings. Great job!
I don't know if it's a pandemic of laziness, but it seems that every McDonald's in Tyler has made the wise decision to stop putting salt on the fries so customers aren't aware that they have let them sat for hours. So now they are not seasoning any of the fries for the customers who have become aware that they keep the fries sitting out for hours and just throw them back in the grease when the customers order fries which means they don't have to add any salt but just reheat them. Normally people could identify fresh fries by asking for no salt which means they would have to make a fresh batch but now they have decided not to do so and continue to reheat these fries over and over thinking customers wouldn't realize there fries are filled with grease and salt has not been applied to the fries at all. This is a disgrace, and I don't understand why McDonald's managers and headquarters don't have a better handle of such violations like this.
