I love this location because I never have issues with the food or the employees. I have a problem with the aggressive homeless people that frequent this location. They will constantly demand that you buy them something. They usually have a guard on duty but not always I fear for my safety here. Try your best to avoid this location at all cost.

This store has terrible service, the guys at night do not serve customers well and refuse to speak to them in Spanish, they also deny online orders.

Horrible place to live and eat with family, sincerely what a shame it is that he thinks he is the manager of the restaurant and he can't even serve well-made potatoes, the potatoes are raw and on top of that when I asked him to make them well he sent me some small potatoes when I paid for a basket, terrible service and I will never return!

This is a 24-hour McDonald's. The employees at this McDonald's complained about my order of too much chicken nuggets when I was checking out (I only ordered 40 pieces for two people). What an interesting story! As far as I know, McDonald's doesn't have a limit on chicken nugget orders, so the only possibility is that the employee was too lazy to prepare them for me. When I received my nuggets, they were cold. I can only say this is the worst McDonald's I've been to. It's also the first time I've encountered a McDonald's where the employees openly complained about a customer's order being “too large”. I never expect exceptional service from McDonald's as I don't tip them. I simply hope to receive properly cooked food!

Disgusting service and location. First of all the place is dirty littered with trash, there are homeless people everywhere and that's not really and issue but they stand next to the check out windows trying to get money from people when they pay, it's not practical. What happened today was that I went to the location trying to get some breakfast. I place my order, received my food but when I was paying they credit card machine didn't work I gave them 3 cards that all had more than enough available balance credit and debit, I had no cash available so after trying to charge 6 times they concluded that their internet was not working, ok, there went 10 minutes of my time but ok. They take the food back and send me to another window, they give me the food and tried to charge again, same thing. The kid working the register there asked the same dumb question 10 times "Do you have cash? " even though I clearly told him no the first time. I wait 10 more minutes while they try to figure it out, the kid working the register at that window tells me I have to give him the food back. Are you serious? He didn't say anything else but I handed the food back again and he closes the window. I wait and wait but neither he or the manager or anyone else shows up to update me on whether or not they can do something about the situation even though I know it would be unlikely, but they need to tell me. I waited 15 almost 20 minutes there at the window with the guy ignoring me not looking at all only staring straight at his hands waiting until I left probably, but not taking a second to let me know that they can't do anything about it. I had to leave I guess. Anyways, Horrible service, like they had given me the food twice and it was their fault I couldn't get charged, why go through the trouble of taking back the food that's cold and already handed out if it's just gonna go in the trash? After I left I wanted to pick up from another different store and order through the app but I went trough this eternal loop of the app sending me to my email to log in and going back to the app without logging in, so there was no way to get anything from any McDonalds that day. Fix these issues and train those guys correctly.

I have been going to this McDonald's since they first built this location, I was 4 years old. I am fixing to be 40, yeah, that long I have been coming here. I have seen the changes over the years, but I have to say that the staff/employees that run this location are absolutely amazing! I have had nothing but polite professionalism from management and staff. I don't dine in, but since COVID, I get all my food to go. But this place moves orders and people out as quickly as they can. It is impressive to witness. I gave the food the rating I did because I have had my food cold 3-4 times since COVID, but i considered that to be highly impressive. I say keep up the wonderful work guys, and thank you!

This location is so unprofessional and rude! They couldn't get my order right which was simple. 10 PC and a 20 PC chicken nuggets with basket. BBQ, honey mustard sauces for both. A cheeseburger meal with blue raspberry frozen drink and just a cheeseburger with only ketchup and pickles.

And he was ignoring me when I was asking him. Repeat the order.

There is a promotion for free fries advertised on your app, but I couldn't find a code, nor could your employee, but she still wouldn't work to get the fries for me.

Either do something with your app or employees!

No complaints but nothing exceptional either. Food was what you'd expect from McDonald's the fountain drink was actually good this time so there is that. I don't eat out that much because fast food isn't what it use to be & I don't think much of it is actually real food or anything that we should be putting in our bodies anyway. But that's just my opinion stay healthy people!

No matter what time of the day go to this McDonald's the service works are all in a bad mood. Whatever happened to service with a smile?

Terrible experience with drive thru, entire order was either missing or short or not there.the worst experience i have ever had

So I should have done a review on this place a long time ago. I gave it multiple chances because they messed up my order too many times. I really ate their mistakes, literally. Today, I just had enough, so I've ordered this deluxe McChicken bacon sandwich. They messed up the first day and gave me a regular McChicken bacon sandwich and not the deluxe I ordered. But constantly, there was not even enough sauce on the sandwich the second I ordered I asked for extra sauce and they had the audacity to charge me 70 cents for extra sauce and you can clearly see on my 3rd sandwich what sauce? We should not be charged anything extra for a dry sandwich. This is how McDonald's on North Lamar serves the customers. It just tells me to just stop eating there and upsetting myself. Stay home and make my own. The food is not welcoming like it used to be. The people are nice, but not the presentation or service makes anyone want to come back. And charging 70 cents for a pump of sauce is absurd, especially when it wasn't even really none on it.

Horrible customer service manager. Kicked out my 72 yr old Disabled Father and myself from dining rm after 15 mins. We were going to order more food but she lost our business. Running the bathroom like a correctional facility but yet somehow another customer was vaping in the dining room. If you're going to be such a mean person at least be consistent!
