McDonald's, Dallas TX

This McDonald's always hands out hot fresh food.the crew at this McDonald's no matter what time of day you go are so friendly and just so awesome at their jobs! We love going to this McDonald's and we change from going to the one in Carrollton to this one because of all these things.

Do not stop here the customer service is horrible. The black manager and her associates are rude disrespectful. They screamed at me and kept telling me to move my car after I ask for a refund on their peak time. I will never ever stop at this location again. My card did not get refunded. They have 0 service if that was an option

Absolutely worst McDonald’s which is unfortunately the closest one to me. Staff is terrible, something’s always wrong with my orderers, something’s always broken and the drive thru line is always packed

On a typical evening I wouldn't even rate this location due to the BAD SERVICE.
But to my surprise last night was an entirely different visit.
Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was that the night time crew was completely different than the usual 3 teen girls and young woman manager I'm not even sure who was running the team last night but their service was far passed outstanding.actually
impeccable from the two hispanic young men at each window to the caucasian young lady who brought my fresh made food to my car window the experience was completely different from my usual order being taken by a bothered teen who seems uneasy about doing their job. Typically when in store you can hear the employees talking about how they dislike their jobs and don't need them. Instead today I received polite gestures, smiles and fresh food. Couldn't be happier to say i hope that the team i encountered last night is here to stay it would definetly bring up the locations service rating.

This place definitely disappointed me, they are not friendly, they do not serve you well, they forget to give you what you asked for, they want to give you whatever they want, the chicken in a sandwich was raw and I agree with a group that was in the place, of course very uncomfortable because they did not treat him well, nor did one who came to pick up his food, everyone was very uncomfortable because of the delay, the despotic way in which they treated us and of course they told me that they did not have change for $ 100 and Then they don't even want to place the order at the checkout, they send you directly online.
The place was very dirty, the floor was wet, the tables were not cleaned. Without a doubt the worst.

I really hate this McDonald's. Doesn't matter what you order it's gonna take 30 mins to get your food and the place is always dirty. Avoid this one at all costs.

There's a couple of employees that really made us enjoy our experience there. There is one in particular that just had to adk her name because she really made an impression on us of how kind and professional she was and also helpful. I believe her name is Chanel, maybe she's team leader or shift lead but we will never forget the experience. I look forward to returning, I just hope she's working on those days. Thank you

They always take care of me with a smile. Every single person there cares about their job. Management is really doing a good job. Keep it up. We need more McDonald's like this one

Please listen to the reviews this place is trash. The people are very rude even though these people are the ones that forgot to put fries in the bag.

They don't work well, it can be seen that they are very filthy, at least the group that was there at night when I went

Came by late at night, around 11: 40 pm, Waited around 20 minutes to receive my food, I understand that they might not have the staff that late at night, waiting would’ve been fine if the food had been fantastic, but instead I received cold and raw food.

Upon walking in, there is notably no music playing. When we approached the register to place our orders and we were quickly relegated to the kiosk to place our order, which would have been perfectly fine if 3/4 of them weren’t closed.

They never have milkshake or frappes or smoothies available y’all need to fix this it’s outrageous!

Greeted in the door with “use the kiosk” when we attempted to order at the counter … all but one of the kiosks were closed. Astonishing coffee to cream ratio. I feel like I’m drinking milk with a hint of coffee. Inside was renovated and fairly clean however.
