McDonald's, Hutchins TX

They was just to much like me "hood" they gave me old food and Everybody gave off a negative vibe.but.it was one manager who did a great job trying his best to make me comfortable.thank you Sir

Drive thru is awful, you wait at one speaker for 10 minutes and other cars go before you. Redbird McDonald's is the best.

4 stars due to order not being made like asked. Staff was friendly and fast service too so they are ok.

I have been to this mcdonalds several times the last few months they get your order wrong all the time and I'm not even customizing my orders. I'm ordering as is.and then when you try to explain what's wrong they act dumb and don't understand at all. I just now ordered online.got there too pick up my food and they told me they are only accepting cash and can't do any online orders my meal was already payed thru the app so I'm not understanding why they couldn't just make my order since it's already paid for.never going here again.

Took 24 minutes to give me a mobile order of 4 burgers only no meals and its happened so frequently im just not going anymore, they have workers that dont have a clue about what they are doing.

Kudos to the night shift. The dinning area was closed and we were in a big truck and had to pull around to the outside drive thru area and walk up to the window. The cashier didn't hesitate to take our order and give us excellent service. Thank you!

Even though this place is run by kids, it’s a good spot and run decent. My complaint is for the lady manager who is a jerk with her employees. I watched as she belittled a kid Employee and tried tricking this girl out of her own money

I've had bad experiences here in the past with thier younger employees but today was great, I ordered 4 sausage biscuits with hashbrowns and an iced coffee and I was thanked which believe it or not has never happened before.

I asked for a medium meal which I upgraded to a large when I got to the window the Lady gave me a medium drink and I told her I'm sorry but I upgraded it to a large one she proceeded to fill a large cup with ice and then pour the medium drink to it she gave me a look when I told her it full of ice can you pls give me another drink but come on i paid for large drink not a cup of ice

This location is very much some timing. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it’s just okay.

Location I go to the most. About 70% of the time they are great and have their ice cream machine working. But that 30% times when their fries are room temperature. I dislike them. I guess they can't be perfect but I wish their fry temperature was.

Great McDonald's restaurant compared to others in the area. No hassle and no extreme wait times in the drive thru or dine in. The manager came from his office to help the staff at the register. That says allot.

Fast as fast could be. They guy telling the order from drive through spoke calmly and soft. Not like places they yell like they got beef with you.

I love this restaurant, the Rapides with which they serve you, the food depends on what you want to eat, there is a variety.

Everything is fine, except that sometimes you forget some food that is in the order and they get angry because you come back to tell them that something was missing

But all good.

Great customer service they me up sometimes but the day shift manager always accommodate food is always fresh service quick

It was late at night, I had a terrible expierence at another fast food restaurant prior at driving to Mcdonald's. Having nice people working at Mcdonald's just made me forget about that other place.
