16 I was the only inside customer (North 1st) location). I arrived at midnight. I was paying with cash, so I couldn't use the app. The inside kiosks were closed. It took 40 minutes for someone to take my order. Multiple delivery services arrived after me and were waited on before me before they even took my order. Once they finally took my order, it took them an hour to make and bring me one McChicken sandwich. A group of young teenagers, apparently friends of the workers came in, and employees felt it was okay to stop what they were doing and chat and laugh and play around. Their friends orders were taken, food delivered, and they left. I was still the only customer inside. Muliple delivery services (DoorDash, Favor and Uber Eats) had come and gone. At least one of which, received a cancelation because it was taking too long. Once their friends were gone and they could see me at my table.a worker came over, asked what I ordered and then brought it to me, with only 15 minutes before the dinning room closed.
On my previous visit to this location (North 1st). I ordered and paid from the app. I put my table number in just as it said. The girl delivering my food wandered around aimlessly. The app has several pieces of identifying information for accurate and adequate delivery of the order. 1). An order number, 2). A table number, and 3). My freaking name. She was about to turn around and take it back without once announcing any of those pieces of information.
I don't think anyone expects perfection from fast food restaurants in genral. The pace alone leaves alot of room for error. Not to mention the age and attention span of our young people these days. BUT THIS WAS FLAT OUT RIDICULOUS AND A REGULAR AND REOCCURRING ISSUE AT THIS LOCATION (North 1st Street) SPECIFICALLY. There was obviously no one in charge to keep these kids in line on this specific visit. No one calling out questions about orders, drive thru times, etc.
I can't wait until the inside renovations and remodeling are done at the South 14th (my regular) location. My advice.pick another location, any location other than South 1st, if you expect your order to be delivered in less than an hour.that goes for dinning in and delivery. AND don't be upset with your delivery service.they were doing their best to get your order's in a timely manner. They didn't want to lose your business.it was McDonald's employees that didn't care.
I'm not usually a negative comment reviewer, but something should be done to remedy the situation.
Two people inside eating took several minutes before Anyone took my order Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese cheese. For home and got a double cheese burger inside a double quarter pounder box. I have never been to this location where they actually gave me what I actually wanted I will go out of my way to go S 14th instead!
I ordered a Big Mac meal and they didn’t make it correctly. Got home and this is what I got. I was fearful what was done to it. I threw it away. Stay away from that McDonalds.
I will never buy from this McDonald's again. They ALWAYS get mine and my husband's order wrong. It blows my mind that they can mess up every time we go AND they never give us the receipt when they do mess up. Don't waste your time here. The food is average, the service is awful, and the friendliness from the staff is not great. If you enjoy paying more for the wrong order then by all means continue to eat here.
I dont know what it is, but everytime I come through this location, my order always gets messed up. Like tonight, ordered a #3 (DOUBLE Quarter Pounder w/cheese, Didn't get a DOUBLE). So, it's getting a little tiring. Might need to find another spot.
This is the maccas that regularly messes up orders. Don't even bother going here if you don't want everything exactly as it comes on the menu.
Absolutely doesn't matter what time of the day it is cause they will ALWAYS have you pull up and wait a ridiculous amount of time for your food. This one is the worst of the McDonald's in town.
Ordering at that screen is completely the most unecessary and inconvienant idea that "high tech" has come up with ever!
You expect me to stand there and go thru 5 screens of information and then leave my name as well, excuse me I only wanted a medium drink!
Still sucks. Wait in line for 10 minutes only to be told to pull forward in spot and wait longer. As i watch the people bringing food out to cars whipping theirs noses with their hands.
My grandkids were trying to think up new McDonald's characters, and the 6 year old drew a picture. He asked one of the employees if he could show them. They took time out of their busy workday to look at it and compliment him. No wonder this kid loves McDonald's! Order was correct and tasty. Dining area was clean.
The female manager is usually rude but the male is very friendly. I eat at least 3 times a week.
The employees messed up my order. Workers standing around and playing and laughing and not attending to their stations.
Worker didn't even acknowledge us. My husband pulled up and said "hey how are you doing? " And the woman literally wouldn't look at him as she shoved our food out of the window. The large fry was HALF FULL. Our drink looks like it's been sitting there with the ice melting for an hour and it's not full either. Also, this was my son's first happy meal and there was no toy.
Over the years it's gotten worse and worse they'll pull you over every time in the Drive-Thru then these last few times they bring the food out they just hand it through the window and say here quality has gone to bthe low, I've gone there most of my life even as a kid I don't think I'm going back
Every single time this particular location gets the order wrong, wads the burgers up like they are slopping hogs, and the fries are cold. We try to avoid this location but it slipped our mind tonight. I'm mean, McD's isn't great to begin with (we were feeding our grandkids) but this one is ridiculous.
Went through the drive through to order my food. I practically had to yell for the lady to hear me, and when I got to the window, I saw she had airpods in. Completely unprofessional. I also asked for extra sauce on my spicy mcchicken and they put less than they normally do. The lady that took my order was extremely rude and couldn't even read my order back to me. When I got my food, it wasn't right and half of my fries were cold. It seemed like they put old fries at the bottom and hot ones on top to make it seem like they were fresh. Worst McDonalds experience ever! Will never go back!
