McDonald's, Carrizo Springs TX

Staff at night sucks.almost an he waiting for our food and then my nieces order can’t be found in the system but they took the card that paid for it.

Third time I ask for a Bacon Qtr With Cheese and they don’t give me bacon. I’m so angry and I feel like you owe me. Plus Your service sucks, disrespectful employees.

First McDonald's I have been to that you have to wait till they feel like they want to take your order. Even the Manager. Food is great but service is horrible.

Payed almost 2 dollars for each drink and this is what they gave me. Really scamming people out here, how ugly is that.

Placed my breakfast order before 11am and when I drove in to pick it up, it was canceled. I had to drive longer because I live outside of town. I went all the way into town for nothing. Horrible experience.

May be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too three people waiting in line to order inside and the big dude is just standing beside register talking with two other employees about what there gonna do this summer and completely ignoring customers

This is a good McDonalds. I DoorDash for them when I am in town and they never get an order wrong. Fast friendly service.

This the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. If there was another in Carrizo Springs I would NEVER think about going to this one. The staff is incompetent when it comes down to making food and giving you all that you ordered. I went here 3 times and all 3 times my experience was just bad. If its not undercooked food, its missing food. All my visits were during breakfast time and I don't get what kinda operation they are running over there. Store Manager and/or Owner this is not the way to operate a business. Usually the best employees are the day shift employees, it scares me to think what the night crew is like. Oh and I went there 3 times in 2 weeks and the orange juice machine has been broken everytime. I can almost bet the ice cream machine is broken too.

Be prepared to wait 25min via drive thru to be served 2 small coffees!

The place is very modern, it has a children's play area, some tables have tablets with games, it has service to your table when you ask for the computer that is when you enter, which is very practical and speeds up the service.
