McDonald's, Robstown TX

So they totally redid everything in this McDonald's the place is really clean the service is pretty fast be careful because they will get things wrong if you order a decent amount of food they still do have the same head management lady so I don't know how it is going to get better because the other McDonald's they had before was a complete trash the service was slow they would get your order wrong and the place was fairly dirty let's hope the management learned from its past

I'm impressed with this location. They are fast, and my order is always correct. I have only eaten breakfast so far, and I want to mention the use the original English muffins for the Suasage McMuffin w/egg, which aren't the thick breaded ones that don't get crispy like so many other locations have switched to.

I would give zero stars if I could. Lobby hours are till 12: 00 AM yet we’re closed before 11: 00 PM when I arrived. I could hear manager complaining on the phone to speak to me. I couldn’t go through drive thru due to trailer & they were begging rude. That’s exactly why they work here.

There parking is not good not enough parking very tight squeeze between parking and drive thru.

Service is lacking the staff doesn't say thank you just "here" hand you food and close the window

How many times can u get an order wrong. Had two people check my receipt and still would bring me someone else’s order. Twice. People are idiots

First time I visited this particular McDonald's. Burger patties dry, filet of fish cold, and bread dried out on edges and hard. Didn't bother calling or going back because I'm not around this area often.

The drive thru was empty. It’s almost 100 degrees outside. They claim to have “ran out of ice cream” so we couldn’t cool off with that. We ordered 1 unsweet tea for my mom. Got it at the window and drove off and found out it was sweet. My mom is diabetic and can’t have sugars like that so we went back and told them we said unsweet. It’s not rush hour, it was 1 item and they STILL messed up. Unbelievable.

Well not only was the line long but the drive thru took forever to give us our order and it was wrong and with a dash of additute might I add. They drive thru girl told us we get what we paid for, meaning food wise and we had to show her the receipt so she could give us the correct order which took a bit long since they had already given our food away. Thankfully we don't have to visit this McDonald's often since it's not near where we live.

I had the big mac meal, it was fresh and the fries were yummy. I ordered off the kiosk, the store was clean, good stopping place.

Overcharging! Purposely picked 3 items from dollar menu (says $1 on menu) as I was not terribly hungry. I specifically asked for a dollar tea, a dollar fry, and a dollar mcdouble. Was charged $6.14. Here is what they actually charged me: tea $1.59, fries $1.89, and mcdouble $2.19 plus tax.
Overcharged by $2.89. This is fraud!

Sunday night at 10: 30pm Was on the left side of the drive thru menu for 10 minutes

No response no nothing after “ill be with you in abit”

All while 3 other cars on the right side where able to place their order

Had to Drive off

Never will be to this McDonalds location again

Service great but the cooks are carless and do not double check orders I have went countless times there's never a point were they do not mess up my orders good food just needs work disappointed most the time management is great tho

They are always cleaning the shake machine. I guess it takes 8 hrs to do. Take it off the menu if you don't have it.

Door says open at 0500 knock on door at 0540 and they refuse to open the door? It is so hard to find someone to do their job!

Went around 9: 30 PM and the staff was very nice and courteous, and very attentive. The food was hot and fast. Good experience!

This place is always busy, but food is always on point. Unfortunately, they are usually always short staffed.

Never fails to disappoint. Everytime I go my order is messed up, or I'm missing something, and God forbid I ask for anything extra, I get told their is already some in my bag. Please hire better people.

Went through the drive through And I should have checked my order before I left because I shortly after I left I looked in my bag to eat one of the two burgers I bought and they put them in there but both burgers didn't have the meat everything else but the meat have to take more of my time take my water back and tell them what they did wrong so they replaced it but still how can you forget the meat lol
