McDonald's, Houston TX

By far the WORST McDonald’s in the area. I pulled up to pick up my curbside order, unfortunately I couldn’t check in because the app said curbside was closed, so I changed my order to pick up through drive thru. I provided my order number and the gentleman talking through the speaker said my name to confirm my order and proceeded to tell me to pull up to first window, I did as I was asked to do. Then at the first window the gentleman didn’t give me a receipt and at the second window the gentleman was clueless as to what my order was. I handed him my phone so he could see the order and I heard someone tell him that “someone” had moved the order to some other screen and they couldn’t see the full order. They tell me to pull up to the front (1st waiting spot) and I did just that with no problem, I was waiting for 10 mins, keep in mind, I had already paid for my order. I go back around to the speaker to check what was going on and the gentleman was telling me they told me to go inside the store, which is not what they asked of me to do. I then pulled up again to the first window and the “manager” came off aggressive from the get go (full defensive mode) even though I was as patient as possible. He then proceeded to tell me that they did not have my order even though, my name had been confirmed (how else would they know my name?) and then that I had changed the address to my order. Why would I have changed the address? I don’t even think you can change the address once order is placed. Now I have to call my bank to get a refund because I left empty handed, no professionalism at this place AT ALL.

I do not understand how it is possible to wait in line for 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant. But that's what happened to me. And then the idiot that was taking my order kept telling me to go ahead with my order and then when I would start ordering he would tell me to wait a minute. And then after he actually took my order I had to repeat it multiple times because he kept getting it wrong. I was also overcharged because instead of giving me the bacon cheeseburger he gave me a regular cheeseburger and added bacon, which is more expensive. And then for some reason all the employees were wearing Hawaiian shirts, very unprofessional. In general, I think that fast food employees don't get paid enough, but when they serve the customer like this I think that they should pay me.

Alright could be better with customer service and food wait time are a bit much at times
