McDonald's, Longview TX

Huge shout out to Mrs. Kenora! She is the absolute best! If your looking for a great place to work you should def consider applying here. They are a great company to work for and have great benefits; like having the pleasure of hanging out with Mrs. Kenora

Ordered a mobile pickup order at this location recently, service was horible it took absolute ages to get the food. Had to go inside to talk to staff about bringing the food out.

I have a McDonalds by my house, and drive 12mins out of the way for this location. They actually know their own menu, and don’t argue with me about what’s on it. I never have long waits, even with long lines. They hardly mess up my food, but my food gets messed up at every McD’s and they surprisingly mess it up the least out of the dozens of McD’s I’ve been too. Their fried food never taste soggy like it’s been sitting for a minute. It’s McDonalds, so I never have high expectations but their job at least, and they deliver and more. Also the only McD’s where I can actually taste the fact that they clean their tea urns. Good Job

Food is always fresh and made to order. Always a treat to eat at this location. Excellent McDonald's.

We went through the drive through so please take that rating as is. But good food for good service and nice people.

I didn't eat here so not sure why it popped up on my visited list. Please make better quality food McDonald's if you want customers to come back. Less less preservatives and chemicals.

While waiting on food I. Priced employees putting other people order o. The teddy station. And just put it up there like they don’t care nor even saying the order number. I observe customer get there order and still waiting o. There drinks. And trying f to get a door dash order is just as bad. Employees here are just slow they don’t care

The drive thru personnel are rude 80% of the time. The phone does not work for you to make complaints. This is the worst location in Longview that I have visited. I will not spend my money here ever again. They can not get an order right can not count change and just plain rude when taking an order! Olivia is the manager on duty sometimes in the morning but can not be reached since the number is disconnected and no new listing on internet. Probably because they were getting too many complaints! TURN AWAY GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ONE.

I went there to get burger and fries. The burger was cold and the fries was old cold like they been sitting there. Why would send food out like that.

Went threw drive thru order 2 dbl cheeseburger 3.50 bundle and 6pc nugget fries are so under cook threw all 3 small fries away double cheeseburgers been sitting awhile ranch missing out the bag so I went inside and I'm guessing employee just sitting by the wall just sitting there I didn't know he was a cashier until some customers walk up the cashier and never checked to see If I needed anything.

Asked for sauce, was told that they couldn't give me any, then I asked if I could pay for it, they then told me I would have go back in drive thru & order some when I was already at the drive thru window. Very rude

Spoke with Manager Jasmine. Spent 20.00 to receive it not fully cooked. The Patti was served raw.

I know this is going to sound crazy because it's a McDonald's but it was pretty cool. They had music playing outside, nice bathrooms and a nice atmosphere. Actually sat there for about an hour and had my coffee and got on the internet. I expected Joey, Ross, Rachel, Phoebe, and Monica to walk in at any time. Oh, and Chandler.

The only bad thing I can say about my trip to this place this day is that when I went in to use the restroom there was a creepy old man leaning up against the wall drinking a cup of coffee and he looked right into my eyes then said howdy lol

Horrible customer service! I asked for 3 pies. The rude lady that took my order refused to give me 3 pies. The lady had a bad attitude and didn’t seem too happy after I told her I wanted 3 pies. She said “NO” and that I could only get one pie. I asked her why I could only get one pie. She said it was because they only had one ready. What sense does that make? Clearly, she’s keeping those pies for herself. The manager needs to fire that lady. She’s crazy over those pies. She doesn’t want the customer to order the pies. I had to go to another location and I got my 3 pies without any problems so idk what that lady’s problem was.

Really need to offer a grilled chicken option, for people with dietary issues that bring their children there. Especially since you will not allow outside food.

They served me the best quarter pounder with cheese that I ever had from any McDonald's. It was actually one of the best burgers I ever had from anywhere, totally surprised me.

This used to be the best McDonald's, but it has really gone down since the previous owners moved away and sold it to the numchucks who own the rest of the McDonald's here in Longview.
