Disappointed! Pulled into the drive thru both lanes were very long. When I finally pulled up to the speaker told no sodas. Haven't been to McDonald's in 5 years. I was disappointed then and I was disappointed now. I do not know what was going on for them to be out of sodas.

Lady looked unhappy doing her job and poor customer service.they took away all areas of customer service from no one at counter to no soda machine in lobby. There was a line for refills of drinks and people waited on average od 4 to 5 minutes for help.sad you gone to self check out and lost your customer service and personal contact with people.

Well this is sad. This location a few weeks ago was really coming up! We frequently get burgers from here and just about 4 weeks ago everything was hot and delicious and ALMOST worth the thirty minute drive through time. However yesterday was the second time we got dinner from here and the burgers / even the bread was so very greasy I mean we had to wash our hands after having our burger. We all had indigestion all night. This is the second time and so my family says they will not eat from here anymore. My toddler loves burgers and she did not even eat her burger. Two bites and was done. It's hard to disappoint a toddler with a cheese burger. -They were also out of large fry containers AT MCDONALD'S they forgot to order those I was told. Two weeks ago no sweet and sour sauce packets. I think maybe this store needs help with management.

Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shh. As far as speed of service goes, it's always a toss up. The length of the line never really matters as far as I can tell. It could be extremely short and still take 20 minutes or be extremely full and you'll be out of there in less than 5, as well as every combination therein. Service is mediocre. Sometimes they're average McDonald's, other times it feels like they hate you personally, but I guess that's fast food for you. At least my meal has always been fresh!

TLDR: It's McDonald's. Manage your expectations, and you'll be fine.

Escaping the scorching 105-degree heat, we decided to grab a bite at our local McDonald's. However, our experience was a bit off. We waited around 10 minutes for the cashier to come out from the restroom, seems like she might have been the only one working the front. Fortunately, we were at the front of the line with about 10 people behind us. There was also another line forming just for refills.

Oddly, the cashier, who seemed frustrated, wasn't quite the welcoming face we expected. With my uncle and the kids in tow, we ordered 4 Happy Meals and 2 Big Macs. The wait for our order was longer than anticipated about 20 minutes and during that time, we noticed others requesting ketchup packets from the cashier. Unfortunately, the ketchup station was empty, so we had to ask. When our turn finally came, I politely asked for extra ketchup packets, The cashier responded that there was plenty in the bag, so had to asked another time can I have EXTRA ketchup packets and she rudely through four on the counter, but once we sat down, we realized there was none to be found as she said there was plenty in the bag

As we enjoyed our meal, another incident caught our attention. A customer approached for a refill A person who seemed like a manager came by and was asked for a Dr Pepper refill. The response was surprising – the manager told the customer to wait for an employee from the back to handle the refill. The odd thing was, the manager just stood there, not taking any action.

While it might just be McDonald's, it's disappointing when the experience falls short of even basic expectations. The cashier's attitude was a letdown, and unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. It's important to acknowledge both the good and the not-so-good, even in fast-food joints. Here's hoping for better experiences in the future.

HORRIBLEEE! Pulled up to drive thru literally maybe a couple inches away and the lady asked if she could take my order I was to far away to see the menu and I wasn’t going to yell so I waited for the car infront to move so I could actually see instead they took the B lanes order then proceeded to tell me they were closed before 11pm instead of taking my order because I didn’t want to yell my order across my car. Nathan the manager that was on site didn’t have a clue what his employees were doing just assumed we were being rude and didn’t understand they were closed. This location has become horrible with hiring competent people. It’s not that hard to have common knowledge and push a button. If you don’t like your job take that out on yourself and quit not on people coming to the business.

Manager stated that my mothers service dog was not allowed in the restaurant when we went to eat. Stating that service animals are not allowed and that it is posted on the doors. Looked at the doors as we walked out nothing is posted.

HAD TO WAIT FOR FOOD 30 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD INSIDE TO HOT OUTSIDE AND YOUR CAR FOR HOURS. What ARE the new BUILDINGS FOR.

I eat here a lot because it's cheap but my bag is always missing something. When I order curbside I'm always left waiting 20-30 minutes.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I was just there in the drive thru and the First Lady was very kind and helpful. However at the second window, there was an employee who handed me two half filled drinks with no ice. I asked her to fill them with ice and she made a comment that “it is full” and got annoyed when I insisted on her filling it. When she gave them back, she told us to have a good night and slammed the window before even giving us our food. When she finally opened it back up to give us the food, I asked twice if she gave us everything and she said “yes that’s all” and closed the window. When I got home, my burger meal was missing and I tried calling the store but their phones (surprisingly) don’t work. Absolutely dreadful, especially when the prices of fast food have risen so much.

I will never come back here again. This is the closest one to me but I will drive further if need be.

I ordered on the app and when I got to the curbside parking spot my phone glitched and it was no longer showing the option to check in and where. I searched the whole app and couldn't find anything. So I go to the counter and tell this short-statured Hispanic lady about what happened (she is the only one there at the counter) she proceeds to walk into the kitchen, clear a screen, and then walk past me to the registers as she responds "I don't know anything about that". She blew me off and started taking customers' orders. At this point, I am livid and walk out. I call up there to get a refund and no answer or "manager is busy or unavailable". At this point, I am DONE! They will no longer have me as their customer.

I'm a door dash delivery and they take more then 20 min to give orders and is a lot of people waiting for the orders it is ridiculous

Waited 30 minutes in line and got skipped at the ordering machine two times before they finally took my order. Got to the second window and all you see is a group of people just playing around and dancing.

Its 3: 23 pm as i type this out. The lobby is dirty. The front counter isnt being tended to unless customers are literally yelling for someone. The kiosks are not working properly. The poor manager is running ragged, his employees arent listenting to him and wanting to do what they want, like dance, instead of getting a ladys sprite. Im not blaming the manager here at all. But the employees need to do better.

If you eat the fish, which was cold and sry. Don't ask for extra tarter sauce at this location on China Spring. Think they thought it would be funny.not
Fries were cold and rubbery. Inly thing good was the soda.

I honestly wish I could have given 0 stars. I guess fast-food no longer exist at this spot. Not only did it take forever for me to order my food, but then I have to sit at the third window for 30 minutes waiting to get it. If you're in a hurry and have hungry kids I do not recommend this spot.
