McDonald's, Longview TX

On a work contract, usually do Wendy's but tried McD's and it was awesome.
Nice restaurant and staff.

I do not like the current layout. The original layout was much more open and did not have the “congested” feel it has now. Also the drive thru “runner” who I’m assuming was the manager did not acknowledge me nor the other customer waiting. A lady finally came around from the dining asking if we have been helped yet. I ordered a small drink and it’s a child size, or what used to be a child size. French fries were small pieces. I’m not pleased the direction McDonalds is going. I would give no stars if I was able.

Great Customer Service & the food is always hot. I haven't gotten any cold fries, yet

I placed my order via mobile app an since it would not give me the code the young girl at drive thru an Isabella refused to help me an said I did not place the order there then they told me to cancel the order I said I can’t it’s already paid for then they said they can not an will not help me suckiest place to ever go so looks like I am out the money for my food I did not get

Waiting for someone to give me service, 3 people just watched and me. No one asked if I needed anything. I had a mobile order but couldn’t get it due to poor cut service.

The company would benefit from employing individuals with a mature and professional work ethic. Currently, the presence of impolite and immature employees, regardless of their age, is evident. The lack of acknowledgement, respect, and cleanliness is a noticeable concern.

How are y’all parked beside a hospital but can’t let people in? There are grieving kids and people that just want a meal and y’all won’t serve them. Zelly/selly with the blue hair was rude hung up in my face. I was trying to feed my little 12-13 year old siblings and we decided to walk because it was close they wouldn’t serve us meanwhile we are grieving just wanting to eat, came back in a car and they wouldn’t take out order she called the police because we walked there lol from the hospital JUST TRYING TO EAT! If y’all aren’t going to be open 24/7 LEAVE FROM BESIDE THE HOSPITAL! People have to eat. It could be a 12 year old child with a dying mother! And you’re discriminating! Even other coworkers said she should it was just one order but she wouldn’t even talk to me. ZELLY/selly blue hair manager! They need to fire you immediately. I’ll be calling corporate McDonald’s is an easy place to work and you don’t even deserve to work there!

We are always asked to pull up and wait, but it is understandable considering we are a family of 6.

Terrible store; the manager Ashley has no idea what she is doing, she treats her employees like they are trash and no one ever answers the phone there. Called 12 times to speak with someone about a complaint and nobody’s answers.

Every time I order from this place. They get it wrong. The burgers were like eating a piece of cardboard.

12: 30a.m. Ordered #1 with a orange hi-c, got my fries they were warm & I asked for hot fries. The drive thru girl says they jus came out, I stuck my finger in them & said they couldn't have been bcz they are warm. I let her know I'm going to give them a "bad review" she said "um" ok & shut the window. That tells me the company doesn't care about the customers. I knew I should've ordered them with No SALT. BET THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN HOT THEN.

Workers are very friendly and helpful, I would go out my way to go get food when I'm a hurry. Great job I'm customer service

This the best McDonald's in Longview at least the only one that I never had a problem with.

I went thru the drive and gentleman took my order but before I finished ordering he had moved on to the next order screen to my left in the drive thru. So then I had to wait until he came back. I said sir. I was not done ordering when you just left. He replied is this the same lady from before with her DBL cheeseburgers. I repeat my order a #5 with a sprite large. Then I had also ordered a small coffee and medium tea. Along with bogo of the double cheeseburger and bogo of nuggets and dBL burger. In total I should of left with 1 6 piece and 6 dbl cheeseburgers 3 beverages listed above and one large fry. Can I tell you.they were so close to perfection. There were 6 HOT YUMMY double cheeseburgers a 6 piece with honey to dip it in. And all three drinks. Minus one large fry. But honestly the fact they had such a positive attitude and the food was hot and the drinks were on point. All while there was a horrendous storm coming down. Bravo McDonald's crew! I still stand by my vote for best McDonald's in Longview. I bet y'all thought I was going a different direction with this review. Gotcha! A team with a good attitude makes a huuuugggeee difference. It does to me anyway.or no.

We got food poisoning we ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets 2 medium fries and 2 Carmel frappe I'm not one to complain but with all the attitude we been getting lately this is just not ok I come in almost three times a week because that's all I crave being thirty weeks pregnant I tried to call up there no one can seem to answer the phone I will be calling the health department and corporate in the morning someone can only take so much when they spend so much money there me and my in laws come up there non stop other than people having an attitude problem all the time this the first time I've had a problem with the food
