McDonald's, Wichita Falls TX

I was trying to order on the app and the manager came to help and did not order what we wanted, and not one question answered.
For the price of McDonald's food the employees to some customer service training.

Our order is always missing something such as a drink or half the order will be unfulfilled.

We drove thru & I added pickles to the Mc chicken. So good. As usual, the Happy Meal was a hit.

Always a good experience however, Ashley that always runs drive-thru hasn't been there and it's obvious. She is fantastic and wish she would return.

Order was wrong. (I know no big surprise being mcdonalds) said something to the kid working the window all she done was showed the copy of the ticket and closed the window.

So I'm giving thus place a bad review because we ordered a kids meal burger and it was supposed to have extra pickle but when we got it it had none so I tried calling and the phone didn't work so we ordered more food him a coffee me some nuggets and waited in line again then talked to the manager and he just gave me a few pickles and said "since that's all it was missing" but he also wouldn't give us the other stuff we ordered at 10: 40 pm because we showed up at 11: 02pm "and they don't do mobile orders after 11pm so now we are waiting for cashapp to refund our money because the we were 2 minutes late and I think the manager said his name is juan but long story don't go there if you value your time, money, and sanity

It's very small, the game tables didnt work, but it is clean polite staff and the burgers didn't look squished the way other McDonald's places hand them to you.

Poor service. Worse than basic McD's. Pretty icky and less than poor workers serving gross greasy food. Awful

Typical McDonald's spot, they messed up our order but was easily fixed with fresh food and super hot fries. Good place to let the dogs pee the on way to Oklahoma City for us.

As usual, sterile bland, clean atmosphere, made so you sit down, eat and leave. Had both automated ordering stations and standard in person ordering. I used in person. Folks working there were polite and proficient. But no one smiled. I ordered to go since I was traveling. Restroom was up to date decor, very clean.
I was towing a trailer so parked in parking lot, was in between lunch and dinner hours so plenty of parking for the trailer and my vehicle. Restaurant was conveniently located to area shopping and main roadway access.

I spent $10 on a hash brown they didn't give me my food. They didn't give me a receipt they didn't give me the right drink which was a water and they were very disrespectful.i wish i could give it a 0 star

This town has 3 McDonald's here. The food is sometimes served with old meat that is very unpalatable. The next issue is Staff. If I order a burger, I only add mayo to it. I always check the meal to make sure of no surprises. More often than not, they add a lot of mayonnaise, ketchup. Pickles and onions, which I did not order. Staff needs to listen more, and less time yacking with coworkers.

Pulled up for Breakfast, and Drive-thru line around the building so decided to go inside! Stood and waited for over 10 minutes. Finally left and went across the street to the donut shop was no wait and was excellent

Went through drive-thru. Wasn't very busy but the wait was long and drug out. Received cold fries and the double quarter pounders had hard bread and stiff cheese as if they had been under a heat lamp for a long time. We drove from outside of town just to eat here. Will choose a different fast food establishment in the future as I'm not about to spend good money on leftovers again.

I get soooo hungry sometimes I start to get grumpy. This is my go-to McDonald's for a stomach settling mid day McChicken. When OMAD isn't gonna cut it, go here.
