McDonald's, Melissa TX

Waited 26 minutes from completion of order to getting food. Seems they were more focused on drive thru and short staffed. Order was wrong, but corrected in a timely manner.

My order was incorrect when I got to the drive through window, we were working it out when the shift manager came up (Whitney). Which I thought was a good thing, but to my horror she berated the employees and me as well so I asked for my money back and everyone can be ok, she asked me to pull forward, and then came to the window and had the wrong amount of money, so I told her I gave the young lady $32.she left again and came back and through my money through the window, and it was still $1 short, I understand everyone has a bad day but that was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called the owner but have not heard back from her yet. Absolute HORRIBLE management.

They get the orders right, the food is always hot, and they have always fixed any issues with app orders. As far as fast good options in melissa you guys are killing everyone one.

Wish I could give 0 stars to the morning crew. Mornings staff is usually filled with mangers and adults, right? How is all most all are angry and rude? I applaud the evening shift’s workers. Never had a problem with them

This Mcdonalds is more expensive than other locations which is strange because as a franchise the prices should be the same no matter which location it is. The last time I was there, I was going to check the receipt but I wasn't even offered one. The guy just tore it from the machine and threw it away. Very sketchy!

The workers at this McDonald’s are rude and lazy. I came at 10: 30 to pick up my mobile order I had placed through the app. They close at 11: 00 but had already locked the doors and blocked the drive thru. Pulled up to the window anyways and waited there with workers inside ignoring us. Finally rude girl came to the window and told us she doesn’t know how we even placed an order because they had shut down their systems. Another guy was also waiting with me because of the same thing. They’re obviously eager to get out of there and close early. They should at least change their hours if nobody’s going to do their job while they’re open. Funny enough, we were going to give the workers a big tip because we were starving after a long road trip home for thanksgiving. I’m sure they regret it now.

Never will come back here again. Staff is completely unwelcoming. When ordering my food the employee decided to respond with a bad tone and would cut me off. Got part of the order wrong and when I had gone up to the window took 10 min to figure out what my order was. Had 5 different associates come up to me and check my receipt. Its simple, if you cant work a job with a good attitude then you shouldn't get the opportunity to work any job. I get people are human, you have your good days and bad days; but the tone and attitude of the employees was completely unacceptable. Food has completely gone down hill over the years. I have noticed McDonald's quality has gone from great to downgrade cr**. The food and the prices aren't what they use to be. McDonald's has taken the joy out of eating.

Food is always great. Now to the fun part. They lock the doors around 7-8pm & yes even if you placed a pick up order. So there's that. 2) Being open 24rs & advertising that was a lie. Liar liar pants on fire. It's never been open 24hrs. Starting out a friendship with a lie isnt good business. It doesn't sit well with me. 3) the last thing is the worst. They stopped all day breakfast as well after a short run. I think we all love an all day breakfast menu. We've been sold lies folks and I don't want to be dramatic but its ruining my life. Ps. I did want to be dramatic but the rest is 100% true.

Went thru drive-thru, no problem with order. Got everything ordered. Food was fresh, hot just as ordered. During lunch time in & out within 5 mins max. Thx U all.

Drive through: Worst service, worst attitude of the kid who gave me the food, They took 15 mins to deliver 10 pc nuggets and three chicken sandwiches. When I asked for an explanation he said he does not work there, if he is not working there why is he delivering the food?
McDonalds Melissa is the worst.

Was pretty good.
My complaint was that I ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. I received 4 sandwichs but only 2 had egg and cheese. The others were just sausage biscuits dry.

This location isn’t open 24 hours
I was there to get breakfast 5: 30am not open what a letdown

Wanted to order but there was no one to take my order, just a row of kiosks. I walked out.

Order just now for 3 mc chicken and got only 2. No ketchup or any sauce. I asked them twice for the ketchup and the guy said it’s already in the bag. Get your attitude face out from here you little boy!

So they post that they are 24hrs but they are not. What their actual hours are stays a mystery to all. I drove in from DFW from a long late flight, and drove by the McKinney location (which is actually 24hrs) to go to the one closer to home in Melissa. We get there at 10: 45p, they were closed. I called the manager today and she tells me that she “didn’t know why it says this online still”. What about the sign in front of your restaurant?
I’ll stick to what I know moving forward and eat in McKinney.

This is the worst Mcdonald's. Food is decent but overpriced compared to other McDonald's. They have some of the rudest staff with terrible customer service. The orders have been wrong on multiple trips. Multiple times they don't have shakes, any baked pies, and other various food items. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when they first opened, but nothing here has improved, in fact has gotten worse.
