McDonald's, Hickory Creek TX

This is for the McDonald's in Hickory Creek. The service is absolutely horrible and when I ordered a big breakfast which is pancakes, eggs, biscuit. I just realized I did not even get hash browns, which I was supposed to get, and all this was dumped in one small container. I said I need a large plate that you normally get, and they said they were out of them.

So I had to eat this off the tray. It was all dumped in one small burger container.nobody even told me that they didn't have any trays.

What sorry @ss management is letting supplies run out. In the food industry, you should never run out of anything.that's basic Culinary 101. Whoever orders items, supplies, etc, here should be fired.

Also, my wife wanted a second cup of coffee and she had to stand in line for at least 10 minutes before I got out of my seat and I am 6'7" wearing a red shirt until I got somebody's attention.

I would give this 0 stars but unfortunately Google doesn't have 0 stars.

They have no understanding of the word drive-thru here they will take you money make you park for 20 minutes and when they finally bring your food out the order is wrong and when they do finally get your order right your food is cold and disgusting.

15 minutes for a Dr pepper? 1. Dr pepper. Not a single person acknowledged anyone in the lobby waiting to order. Had to figure out to use the kiosk on your own. Then if you had a question. God forbid.the attitude that came with the answer was disgusting. Done with this place. Wow.

Kids crazy about this place. And, the fish is served without junk all over it, which is really good for me.

Went thru drive thru coffe was handed to me with lid not secured. Spilled on my legs and on food bag food was ruined. Tried to call store number listed is not active. Will never visit this location again. Tried to call store to apologize to girl at window for screaming but number doesn’t work.

1230 am on a Fri, 2 employees and the manager. Trying their best but so understaffed every order was taking 10-15 minutes. Manager was incredibly nice but stressed tf out and weary. Feel for those guys

The line wraps around the building and cars that park get trapped by the cars in the drive-thru line. The food was warm and the employees were nice. Nothing spectacular yet nothing tragic.

Ordered two happy meal cheeseburgers, ” meat and cheese Only, ”, and one of them was rung up “no meat no cheese”. They wrapped a bun in the wrapper and put it in my kids. Happy meal and I got all the way home and one of my kids didn’t have food. The other burger had onions anyways. And the phone number online doesn’t work so I can’t even call to complain. McDonald’s as a whole has gone to the dumpster.

Came in to get a quick lunch before going shopping. Ordered at the card kiosk and took a table topper so they could bring my food up to me. Except they didn’t bring my food out. They just called my table number. I went up and got the bag as if it were to go order. Had to ask them for a drink cup to get my Diet Coke. Later on, they called on another table number of a woman and family who are sitting out in the playground area and she couldn’t hear it. I told her that they called her table number. She went and got the food, and as she was struggling to get her food to her table while caring a toddler she asked me “what’s the point of the table toppers if they don’t bring your food to you? ”

There seems to be an aversion to cleaning the ice cream machine or else by some small chance it's actually broken and management won't replace it. You can walk up to the counter and there are four or five employees standing there-they see you but ignore you and continue talking. The kiosks don't work properly. It's filthy inside and just an overall terrible place. Go to another location if you want decent service and food.

They forgot my pie. But I think they gave me an extra mocha frappe in place of it. Because I was missing it. But had a 2nd Frappuccino

This is the worst McDonald's is literally the entire country. They are rude to start. They are never open at night when its posted as 24hrs. I live not far from this location and I can't tell you how many times they have told me I would have to wait 20 to 30 MINUTES with 4 cars in line for food after 10pm. They have completely incompetent management running this location and its a disaster. They have no standards, no leadership, and no respect for their customers. I will never again attempt to spend my money there. Enough is enough

I have never left a negative review for anywhere. The way the drive thru guy was talking to people at 11: 30 pm on 7/15/23 was baffling. I came in with my sister and she asked for a 20 count nuggets and he screamed a “20 what? ! ” and made her repeat herself a few times then when she tried to order fries he interrupted her rudely by telling her to hold up. I’ve worked in food service myself and I understand being frustrated with customers and even being rude sometimes but that behavior was shocking even for mcdonald’s:/

Gave this place another chance after coming a few weeks ago. I've determined I won't be coming back. The fast food line is anything but fast. Placed my order at 10: o6 pm on a Saturday night. Both times I went through the drive-thru and had this problem of the line not moving. This has been a long standing problem. Go find another McDonald's and avoid this one

Every time I go to this location I get my order wrong employees need to pay more attention!

Ordered a fish sandwich with no cheese get home to eat and had cheese on the sandwich. Called to report it but no one answered

They can never get the order correct, I've had to go through the drive thru then go into the store every single time I order food here. Apparently they don't understand what "No cheese" means. I've had them give me another sandwich with cheese, after coming in store to get the original order fixed. They don't pay attention, service is trash, you'll sit there for 20 minutes for them to fix your original order and it'll take multiple attempts. Then they'll be in no hurry to give you the order you ordered in the first place after they didn't do it properly the first time.

Open 24/7. No one is monitoring the drive thru. Had to get their attention through the windows to place my order.
