McDonald's, Corpus Christi TX

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. I’ve tried giving it many chances and every time it disappoints. From not having drinks, to being rude to their customers, and brings incredibly slow, they could use some help.

I waited in the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before trying to make my order. Then when I ask to place my order, a male tells me to give them one minute. I then proceed to wait about 10 more minutes and then ask if I can place my order, nobody answers. I drive to the window only to not see anybody. As I drive off I see 4 employees in the lobby area sitting at the tables. I have stopped at this location twice and it has always been an issue trying to get a meal before heading home. This is very disappointing.

Problem I had was the young man in front lobby was taking orders thru the customers that were in the drive-thru! Serve your lobby customers young man! Horrible!

Tables weren't cleaned and there was managers taking over a family table with computers, phones and wire, and didn't care if the atmosphere looked cleaned in there, i had went to eat with my kids and had to ask a cashier if she knew if anyone was sitting at any of the tables bc there was numbers still on them, they came and cleaned them while the managers, dk if corporate bc they were dressed up in casual clothes, just kept their eyes just focused on their laptops not carrying, then we were able to sit. Won't be going back to this location, dk if they know but by taking over the family tables they could have lost about $10 / chair per hour

It's not that great with being forced to use the kiosk. A lot of people don't want to use them. I don't mind but I have seen people walk out many times because of that.

They keep both drive thru lanes open but do 3 in lane 1 before they do anyone in lane 2. Even then they take an unreasonably long time to take any orders let alone make the food. If you're getting breakfast before work you will be late.

Place is an absolute joke. A couple of the workers are super over the top nice & chill. The rest are disgusting. Food is usually cold, missing salt on the fries, etc. They find a way to somehow mess up all the easy stuff. Went tonight, 3 employees are hanging out in the parking lot. Guy at drive thru window tells me “sorry, our systems are rebooting. I can’t take any orders for about 15 minutes”. We look at see that they conveniently close in 16 minutes. I ask how that’s supposed to work if they close at that same time. Guy says “oh, well, umm I didn’t know what time it was, so yeah, I guess that means we’re closed for the night”. Ridiculous place run by very unserious slobs.

Lazy. Got there at 10: 45. Pretended that their system was rebooting and said it would take 15 minutes. Of course they close in 15 minutes. Meanwhile all the employees are smoking and hanging out in the parking lot. Pretended to not understanding when we caught on to their scheme. Managers you are paying for a smoke break and tail gate. There wasa cockroach inside my burger wrapper, they did not answer the phone when I called them to discuss the matter.
The atmosphere in the store is dark and dirty I would not recommend this location, and have filed a complaint through the corporate website

The wait can be long sometimes but the staff is doing their best and I greatly appreciate them food is always delicious.

I asked for cheese. Repeatedly to make sure. I was charged almost 2 bucks for the cheese. When I get home. NO CHEESE. FU!

Double cheeseburger was hot, plain and dry as ordered. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

I ask for large got medium I order online to get curbside waited 30 minutes I got off and my order was just sitting there food cold and wrong order and it wasn't that busy

Long line and wait on the drive thru, so I figured id go inside and it was the exact same thing inside. There was No one at the counter to order

It's not the best fast food burger place. They have gone up in price and the quantity of their food has gone down.

DO NOT COME HERE. They had roaches and rats when I came here. They didn’t have hair nets no gloves and they were cussing at me when they made my order wrong.

I’ve never come to this McDonald’s and had them come out with my meal quickly. The food isn’t any worse, but it’s going to take up a decent chunk of your time

Melinda is the best manager I've ever seen host great check out and attend to customers in any McDonald's I've ever seen thank you God bless you and Cryslan deserves a raise today! Thank you.

Don't forget to look for your dipping sauces before you leave, they usually leave them out

Slow slow slow slow! Over 15 mins in drive thru I finally had to go inside they were clueless
