McDonald's, Euless TX

Table service through the app never works or at least no one cares to bring your food, they get my order wrong just about every time I go there.

This past Sunday went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece fries and a frozen Coke happy meal and double cheeseburger with a small fry. Tell me why they made me pull over to a number and wait to come and say the frozen Coke machine isn’t working so I tell them a regular Fanta orange is fine. Person walking up to my car took them 15 minutes, forgets the damn drink and double cheeseburger and I tell her I’m missing things she said okay I’ll be back. Yo, gave her 5 min I had to drive away. This service is terrible. I don’t understand why this location is up and running still, SMMFH.

If I can give 0 stars I would.please do not come to this McDonald’s. They will have you wait 15 mins for cookies. There’s a 9/10 chance you will have to pull up and wait for a simple burger. If you’re that hungry my prayers are with you. If not, try water or sleep for dinner.

Not 1 single clean table, the drink machine leaks severely, no ice in 1 drink machine, both ketchup dispensers were out, but had ketchup on the counter in front of them. It is sad when we'd rather eat in a hot car than in the restaurant due to the lack of attention paid to the dining room.

Very nice and friendly employees. Been here a couple of times and they always get my order right and make it fast even with a rush. This is how a McDonalds should be!

Par for the course - mediocre breakfast! Only stopped because my grandsons had to eat breakfast! I hate the kiosk ordering system. Service is lacking and not very efficient!

I keep giving this location another shot because it’s conveniently close to me…. EVERY single time I come I end up being told to pull over and they’ll bring me the food… it never is quicker than 20 min and the order is always wrong the first time they bring it out (sometimes it’s been wrong the 2nd time too). Beyond infuriating…. I don’t know what they have going on in there, but they cannot keep up with the demand at this location and the wait is insane for a McDonald’s…. Something needs to be done with management

It was very clean. There were staff to take customers order even though we used the kiosk. The food came out quickly and was all correct.

It was soooooo gooooood, oh I love me some McDonald's! Them hot Mcgriddlididdles were so gosh dang savory!

Very worst experience. Never wrote a review before, but I’m writing one today.

Just coming from my local McDonald store near me. I was in drive thru and they didn’t even take my order. Had to wait for more than 30 mins, and finally left without my order because I saw a huge line forming behind me.

Had been going to this location ever since I moved here in Euless, Texas. Never going back there again. Never. You lost a loyal customer today and won a negative word of mouth.

This is slowest customer service like McDonald’s and n the area. It has been around for years but their customer service just went down the drain. They have no urgency. They always get the order wrong and then they are super slow. They need to hire better people and great customer service need to come back.

After working 12 hour shift I thought I stop and get something quick for me and my family worst decision I’ve made went thru the drive thru ordered /paid now it was my turn to get my food I was quickly asked to move to parking spot 1 I told them nicely no because every time I do that my food is old cold and incorrect
The cashier said I have to move because if not he manager was going to come and the cops where going to be called I didn’t move I’m tired wanna get home and they even went as far as walking out and around giving all the cars behind me there food I just wanna say if my food is gonna take long tell me before I pay and I will decide if I wanna wait or just head home with out being put in a bad mood.

It's a McDonald's. People seemed nice. I ordered sausage mcmuffin bundle and was meh. Has play place.

Walking in and ordered food.it took a while to get our food and when we did the young lady told us we had five minutes to eat because the lobby was closed.

7/1/23 It wasn't a good day. I ordered for curbside pick up. Others came and left. I finally got my food after flagging down a worker who came out to deliver someone else's food. Fifty minutes was how long it took before I got my order.
