McDonald's, Lubbock TX

The last 3 times I’ve been there they messed up my order this time I ordered 3 plain hamburger for my dogs I got the 2 cheeseburger meal get home and I have hamburgers 1 cheeseburger I will definitely go down the street from now on

Don't waste your money! I wouldn't feed this to my dog, that's how bad the food was here. The beef looked like it was cooked the day before the bun was so smashed that it didn't even resemble a hamburger $9 for this garbage, I will never eat there again. Sad thing is management and ownership doesn't give two flips. Oh sorry the coke was good.

I bought a 20 piece a large fry and a plain and dry mcchicken. First they gave me a 10 piece and they also gave me a mchicken with everything on it

98th and Quaker McDonald's is the best McDonald's in town! Best managers and workers!

This is the second time I have went at 5: 30 in the morning to get coffee and drive thru was not open this. This morning the lady said they would not open until 6. And when you check the website it’s a 24hour drive through.

This locations morning manager on Thursday August 3,2023 (She was a female) was very disrespectful and unprofessional. While going through the drive-through receiving breakfast items, she continuously pushed around employees, insisting she do their job instead of being a leader and guiding them through the process. She yelled at an employee at the window directly in front of a customer. And no I am not talking about using a stern voice to get her point across. She deliberately raised her voice to a loud volume and degraded her employee over a simple mistake. She could’ve just woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, but her attitude was very unprofessional, crude, and out of pure disrespect for her peers, and customers visiting the location. Something needs to be done. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m sure if anyone went through the experience I had, they would be dissatisfied with the services they received as well.

I was doing a curbside order and one sandwich was taking way too Long period when I told the manager about it and that I was on a time limit, he was awesome In getting up my order completed. He went above and beyond.

The employees working there should ALL greet customers instead of making us feel we are bothering them! They're rude there

I've never really liked this McDonald's. They had messed up our order and told us we said something different when we didn't and charged up for an sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin just one when we didn't even say egg! We said 3 sausage McMuffin. It was repeated twice to us the way we ordered it and when getting the order we had got charged and given something different

Worste McDonald I’ve ever been to by far, time and time again I’m disappointed by staff and the slop they make with attitude

This was a pit stop in my trip to Amarillo, decent bathroom, good hot food! Could work on interactions from employees but other than that it was a good experience.

Coolest McDonald’s I’ve been to on my bike trip across the states. Classic tunes from the speakers and workers who can rock the soundtrack in three part harmony.

Hands down the WORST McDonald's in lubbock! I just waited over 20 min for 2 burgers & 2 fries just to be handed the wrong order. They took it back gave it to the car behind me and then made me wait even longer. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

I feel like McDonalds simply just doesn't care anymore. Their customer service is awful. No use in calling and making a complaint, nothing will be done about it anyway. I think that alot of places have forgotten that without customers they wouldn't exist.

Every frikkin time I order a number 7 (2 chsbrgr meal) my burgers are plain and dry.meat bread and cheese. WHY? Am I not worthy of ketchup? Pickles.onions. WTH MCDONALDS.

The last 6 times I have went to this location, they have forgotten something on my order.
Today, the fries weren’t salted, the nuggets were all stuck together and raw in some parts.
Yesterday, we had eggshells in our breakfast sandwich.
Last week we ordered chicken sandwiches with bacon, spent a lot of money, and every sandwich was missing the bacon.
For a new McDonald’s, they are horrible and will receive no further business from this family.
The lady at the drive through is always friendly and we enjoy seeing her, but other than that, the people making the food have no clue what they are doing, and they obviously don’t care.
I really hope that they are not getting paid 15 dollars an hour.

McDonald's can never get order right. Always check the bag for correct items. They left out my extra hash brown.
