McDonald's, Irving TX

There is this young man I haven't seen his name is Michael I thank you is not working there anymore wherever he is please tell me where you are so I can go eat where you're working at

I love going to McDonald's. I can wake up in the midnight band eat a McChicken sandwich.
But this particular McDonald's I went to, was too not the way other McDs are!
I ordered for food and went to the window to pick my food.
I was too thirsty and asked the lady if I could get a cup of water!

She said I HAVEN'T PAID FOR IT!

REALLY!

I HAD TO PAY FOR WATER!

No other McDonald's ever did this to me.

I will never be back to this location again!

It was dark as hell over there. I almost passed it up. The way i knew it was open was because a car was seating at the speaker for a while. When i ordered and got my food they gave me a pie i didn't ask for. Ask me first if i even like the substitute. Then the lady at the window didn't give me a fry that i already paid for. I don't think she knew English well.

Ordered the new BTS meal with the two new sauces, they gave the same sauce. Asked for coke without ice, you guessed it, the cup was full of ice. And someone explain why it took them 15 minutes to give a sundae. Overall been terrible experience for last 3-4 times. Gave them every chance, more coz it is close to where I stay, but I am done now. Rather will drive a little and get food I pay for.

This drive thru is the slowest one in town. Avoid if you are in a hurry. You will wait at least 20 to 25 minutes to get your order. Never have fries ready, always have to park and wait for them.

I live in the area and used to frequent this location but for whatever reason they have a hard time getting orders correct. But I will say on a positive note that the remodeling of the location came out great although making the counter where the registers are seems odd to me, I'm assuming the goal is to encourage the usage of the new automated ordering system in the lobby.

Morning crew is great, makes you feel special at a fast food place and the food is usually hot and fresh in the morning time. Night crew is a little bit rocky but they get your order right!

The new layout is not appealing to the eye. ALso Mcdonalds the new method of ordering encourages you to use touch screens. Those screens are discusting and not very thoughtful to the patrons that dont want somebody else's nastiness bestowed onto them to order food.

Avoid this location at all cost. I was going frequently, and I just can’t do it anymore. I will go out of my way to go to a different location from now on. Worst afternoon crew and management, they are rude, food and drinks are poor quality and management does not care. The manager is just as rude as her employees.

Took 30 mins to give me to mcchickens and thats with me complaining and they even didnt get my order right smh worst mcdonald’s ive been too

Just left from there.tried calling.no answer but your drive thru person is very RUDE and doesn’t need to yell at a costumer “ We don’t serve hamburgers til 11: 00am”. When the entire MENU was all hamburgers and the time was 10: 55am

The last 2 times I've been to this location my order was wrong. Unfortunately, this one is the nearest to my house. Employees are nice but service is definitely lacking.

I came in twice today once with my coworker and the other by myself and enjoyed every moment i was here.felt cared for.when it comes to service this place quick yet super friendly and happy to help.thanks yall!

Fast service, easy to find and plenty of parking. The thermostat was set a little low when I was there but they have tables outside.

It's McDonald's. What more you need.
The place is not over crowded and you can enjoy your meal.

Great service especially compared to other McDonald's I've been to. Friendly and staff know what they're doing. Food is fresh everytime I've been there so you know they're strict about quality!

I’ve been given a Hot N Spicy Mc Chicken made of some sweet sauce in the Drive Thru. It doesn’t even tasted like Mayonnaise.

It is clean, the only issue I have is the service can be slow, especially inside. Other than that it is a great Mickey D's

(Coffee is hotter then starsucks) I've been testing this for some time at different locations now and its ruled that McDonald's cup of coffee stays hotter and Statrsucks I come everyday and enjoy ever bit of it keep up the good work
