McDonald's, Dallas TX

My husband received a burger last night that made him ill because it was COMPLETELY RAW inside. We've tried calling the store but they took the phone off of the hook so all you get is a busy signal. This is NEGLIGENT & COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

The lady in the drive thru blessed my cousin with her coupon that used itself in the drive thru lol talking bout instant blessing very busy due to good food hot and fresh ask upon order they always get mines right

I asked for fries w/no salt and I still got fries w/salt. My tea had no ice.it was hot. You need to put people in the window who are polite, nice and courteous.

Yall are my local McDonald's i love yall chicken nuggets fries the frape's the mc chicken also the spicy mc chicken what ever kind of on the menu

For McDonald's its kinda expensive, i remember when i was a kid, was cheap, but it ia what it is. Time a changen? ,

They're pretty much the same. Just have to be careful where you are. Because some of them get your order wrong & can be rude. Depends on which one you go to & which side of town you're on regarding the service.

Ordered today and got my food delivered by Door Dash. My food was cold and fries were super stale. I ordered my toddler a happy meal and when we got it and opened it his chicken nuggets box was empty and had a pump ir two of mayonnaise, instead of chicken nuggets. YES MAYONNAISE
This was not Door Dasher Drivers fault, from the moment he picks up the food and drops off at my house is literally 5 mins away! This is staff's fault SMH

When I went through the drive-thru the ladies that spoke to me on the intercom were in a good mood. We joked around and kided around. It was nice to have a fun moment in my day

We go to this macdonald's every now and then food is ok but how you going to give me pancakes with no syrup and no fork no good yall need to make it better

Customer service is seriously lacking. They are not nice. Not necessarily rude, just not very friendly or good at talking and taking orders at the same time. The McMuffin is not always crispy and/or buttery. I've been going to the one on camp wisdom and 35 south. Much better service and fast

This place sucks now. The drive-thru in the morning wait is 6 minutes. And now I have to drive to another McDonald's where it's only 1 minute.

The ppl at the drive through are trash. If you dont like your job dont work there. I'll never go there again.

The food was not hot nor were the cookies. This was on 3 different occasions. The 2 for $5 was warm each time.

My daughter went in to buy some breakfast which should have equaled around $9 tops, I gave her a $20 &she comes back with around. 48, she said the person told her it was $19+ for the order and she believed the employee and didnt even question the amount for the small order so she paid with a $20. I called corporate and nothing was resolved.

Place is a pigsty
I asked the manager to clean the table and was to we don't have the stuff and people are standing around doing nothing
Food all over the floor and trash on all tables

If you are hungry dont come here after 8: 30 you will sit in the drive threw for at least 30 mins before you can pay just dont come to this one!

Totally disorganized and dirty! I had to wait for a prolonged period before receiving my order amd even though I went to the counter, they STILL got my order wrong, not once but twice. Ths second error was not discovered until I got home. Brian was the only saving grace during this whole experience. Even the "manager" didn't have a clue.

It sucks there rude.food was half way raw made my brother sick.and y’all ain’t give me half my order! Bad customer service and bad employees that work there

Always cheap prices for food that tastes cheap.usually don't go here anymore. I am so over the billion dollar chain.my boys only like going to get the toys from the Happy meal that makes them sad because the burgers are so small and the portions are slim!

Poor service, employees were just outside smoking weed. The ones inside were just standing around looking at each other to see who would take orders. Nobody in the drive thru waited more than 10 mins.
