McDonald's, Lubbock TX

Employees where great we where visiting from Houston and the cashier that took our order was very professional she had she we had everything we needed we didn't have to go back and ask for anything, restaurant was clean, bathroom clean with a nice smell of bleach you could really tell everyone took pride in there work we where greeted with smiles and upon leaving our cashier wished us safe travels, would stop in again whenever in Lubbock

OH MY MY IF U WANT A BUGER BURGER GO HERE BESIDES EVERYONE RUDE THEY CANT READ THE IRDEF THEN GRT MAD AT THE CUSTOMER GIRL GOT HER FINGER IN HER NOSE DIDNT WASH HER HANDS NO NO NO AND JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE WHAT

Bad timing. Went inside because long line in drive thru and waited forever and order was built wrong and missing a sandwich. Oh well, happens sometimes.

I had a pickup order and since they weren't ready with it and I had to wait a little while they not only made sure that my pick up person had something extra but they also gave me something extra because of my time to very thoughtful very great customer service

Ordered a large caramel frappe with 3 shots of Expresso.was told they were working on the Expresso to pull to the third window.was handed a frappe in a large drinking cup and was told she put a shot of coffee in it because the Expresso machine was being cleaned.definitely not what I paid for or wanted.took it any way and it did not taste like a frappe.it tasted like water caramel and a hint of coffee.like seriously.deleting the app and seriously never going to McDonald's again.this one is not the only one in this town that messes up everything I order from drinks to food

Food was good, had to wait on my fries, plus the manager was having a meltdown and screaming at her employees, it was a little crazy but I finally got my quarter pounder after 22 minutes.

Omgggg so horable got my breakfast this morning and they messed up 2 times and it's EVERY TIME I GO THERE, THERES NOT A TIME THEY DON'T MESS UP. BEYOND TIRED OF THE SHII. If people don't know how to work then need to get fired simple

Not a single table was clean. The workers were chatting and seated & when we went to bathroom to get towels to clean our own table the girl rolled her eyes and walked away saying fine do it yourself. No changing table for our baby. Soda machine was not working. Staff seemed bothered to have to actually work & wait on us.

The place was fairly clean. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. Not all McDonald’s live up to this one.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to they screw up their order and then when you say you are following a complaint they call the police
