McDonald's, Waskom TX

Slow service talking to friends instead of helping customers. Bathrooms out of order. Poor rating probably will never come again.

These people are always so nice to me. I only get coffee most of the time. MCDONALDS HAS THE BEST COFFEE. PERIOD The food is good but taste fake. The fries taste fake but are delicious. The Sausage taste Fake. The bacon taste like bacon flavored paper. The cheese is delicious but taste like fake cheese. I love the Fish Fillet and the Double Cheese Burger with no salt.

The food was very disgusting and the food was not cooked all the way and the fries was very cold! I would never come back ever again after that black little girl was assaulted there.

I was told they did not have any ketchup.
Also, i ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and my hamburger had only meat and bread nothing else
Poor service.

The actual worst McDonald’s in the country. Not a single time that I’ve gone there have they gotten my order right. The last time I went here the lady at the window was a smart mouth who handed me my bag, didn’t say anything and when I saw there were no fries I said in the most polite and respectful way “I’m sorry ma’am, I didn’t get my fries” she said in the worst way possible “oh! I guess you didn’t want your fries hot, if you want them hot you have to wait” if she had said they are coming, I would have thanked her and politely waited. I didn’t say anything at the time, got my fries and left. When I opened them, someone had taken my fries and squeezed them in their fist (I could see where they have gripped them) and crushed them all into a ball. I will not be going back to this place again.

Extremely friendly service, not what I’m accustomed to in the Tyler/Longview area. However the restroom was filthy.

Stopped for a caramel frappe didn't have one. Asked for fries was told would have to drop some and would take 3 mins. I didn't wait I just left. Travelling don't have time to wait for fast food to prepare their food.

Worst place ever! Only ordered a cheese burger and fries. There were 4 cars ahead of me. 28 minutes later, I was finally up to the delivery window, where I waited 5 more minutes for my food. Nothing was said to me about the enormous amount of time they were taking for each customers order. In fact, the guy at the window just handed me my order and walked away. The burger was cold and flattened as it was only one forth of an inch thick. The fries were cold as well and unsalted. Needless to say, I will NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Since I had Covid19 in July 2020, my taste has not been the same/fully returned, but the Big Mac I ordered was delicious. I could taste its goodness.

THEY WERE OUT OF FOOD WE WANTED, NO SHAKES BECAUSE OUT OF ICE CREAM OR MACHINE WASN'T WORKING OR SOME OTHER EXCUSE! RIDICULOUS!
